Hello, lovelies! Just a quick author's note before we get started!

First things first. Disclaimer: I am not transfem- I am a cis woman who currently uses she/they pronouns. I want to write this story as accurate and respectful to the trans community as possible, and I ask that any trans people who read this to let me know if I mess anything up.

Feel free to comment any thoughts and questions you have about my work, as they make me very happy. Also, I want to improve, so any criticism is also highly appreciated.

I have no update schedule planned out for this story. New chapters come out when I finish them to my liking and when my uncle is able to proofread them and get back to me. So, they'll most likely take a while.
 
Also, warning: Leo is going to change her name eventually, but she is referred to by her old name and pronouns by the story until she discovers her gender identity, as well as by those around her until her coming out. Please use she/her pronouns when talking about her in the comments.

I haven't had the chance to watch season 2 of Rise of the TMNT as of writing this, so I'm going to have this story take place before and during season one.

Finally, any art featured in this book, including the cover photo, is mine unless stated otherwise.
