The sun shines in through the O'Brien house as Y/N showers, making sure to be extra clean for Lizzie. 

He heads downstairs once he's dressed putting on the coffee machine. Lacey comes downstairs running over to her dad giving him a hug which he returns.

"I'm going to miss you dad."

"I'm going to miss you princess."

"Can you get my bags?"

"Of course sweetie."

He kisses her head before heading upstairs to get her bags. He puts the bags in the car before heading inside to his daughter. They drink their coffee as Lacey talks about drama happening at school.

"And what about Rose?"

He kisses her head giving her a hug which she returns.

"I love you dad."

"Are you sure you will be fine without me?"

"I'll be okay sweetie, you go have fun."

"It's gonna be so cool."

Y/N smiles at his daughter as they walk out heading into the car after Y/N locks the door. When they arrive at the school, Y/N puts Lacey's bags on the bus before giving her a hug and a kiss on the head.

"Hey Mr. O'Brien."

"Hey Emma."

The two walk off heading onto the bus only for Lacey to run back out hugging her dad tightly. 

"You're going to be okay baby."

"I'm just gonna miss you so much."

"I'm going to miss you so much too."

She kisses his cheek and runs off to the bus. They wave goodbye to each other till the bus disappears. Y/N gets into his car and drives off to Lizzie's house. 

He pulls into the driveway, getting out of the car and knocks on the door. Lizzie opens it and smirks when she sees him.

"So you do follow instructions."

"Only for you."

She smirks pulling him inside by the shirt as they kiss, he kicks the door closed. She leads him upstairs to her bedroom.
