Out of all days starbucks had to be this pack, ugh can my day go any more shitty? Just as i was getting out of the car to get my morning vanilla flavored coffee with a double shot of expresso cause lord knows i need it today, i saw that most irresistible 6'3 jet black hair with the most intensifying ocean blue eyes of a greek god of a man i have ever seen across the street. "well hello Mr. GQ" my insides were trembling like a 7.0 earthquake when i saw him crossing the street what seemed like slow motion as of in the movies. Snap out it Maya go get the damn coffee and drool afterwards, you are already late for work geez" my inner self was shit talking to me and for a moment i thought i had drooled on myself. Just as i was getting out of that trance he comes up to me and says "good morning". I just about died for a split second when i heard that deep voice,but like me being me i said morning and fast walked to get my coffee. Got my coffee and headed to work which was about 15 minutes out on the other side of town. When i got there i couldn't stop thinking of that hunk that greeted me this morning. Was i rude? did i came off as a feen trying to get my morning fix of my coffee? Wondered what that guy thought of me? He must have a girlfriend, cause there is no way a man like is single unless he is gay. Snap out of it woman you have work to do. I was going to meet the person i was to replace due to her going on maternity leave, as i walk into the clinic i informed the receptionist that i was to meet Amanda, she gave me a smile and asked me to follow her. As i was walking thru the clinic and finally the big glass door i was met with Amanda. " hi Amanda i am" and before i can tell her my name she got up from the chair wobbly like a penguin which you can easily tell she would pop that baby out any second now, said my name..."Maya is so good to see you again, please have a seat we have alot or work to today. As you know i will be leaving in a few weeks but i want to make sure all the bases are covered. So are you nervous?" she asked, i guess she noticed me drinking my medium warm coffee like it was water at this point. " Me nervous? no not at all. well a little, you know i have big shoes to fill so i dont want to disapoint and fail you and the staff at this clinic Ms Amanda." i felt like was going to throw up my $5 starbucks coffee and the shot of expresso was not helping at all..." you will do fine Maya i know it, lets get started shall we? and like that my first day came and was over..
