Damien's POV

"ohh yes that's it baby,suck on that. let me help you some." i was telling the chick that was sucking me off. She was one of regular girls i would call when i needed to burn some steam and stress off. Then i thought i heard the door of my office slide open, so i grabbed the chick's hair and tossed her aside so i can get up from the sofa and fix myself before going to the door and see who dared to open the door when everyone knows that when my office door is close i am not to be disturbed unless it's an emergency. As i opened the door one of the pack guys was walking by. I grabbed him by the collar shirt and asked him if he knew who was at the door. He bowed his head as he could and said"alpha,i saw luna Maya in front of the door and she bumped into me and walk really fast out of the pack house" As he said that my heart started racing and i let him go and went out the house to look for her, but her car was not there and her scent was already fading meaning that she was not in the territory. Shit she must have heard what was going on behind close doors. As i ran into the forest to let Orion out, i mind-link Sam be on the lookout in case Maya would come back,although i doubt it. Once i was reaching her house, i change to some clothes i had inside the backpack i kept behind one of the trees. Her car is not on the driveway and her mom's truck either. I walked up to the house and could smell her scent. She was here,my mate was here. I waited for her to come back so i can talk to her,but she never came back to her house. Her mother had arrived at around 10pm and when she saw me on the stairs she had asked what and why i was there so late? She invited me in and i explained to her what had happened. "she just needs some time alone Damien, she will come back and you two will talk it out and make up" I thanked her for the pep talk and headed back to the pack to see if i could pick up her scent again but nothing. "you really screwed this one up Damien. I warned you to stop fucking around those other females when we already have our mate,but did you listen to me? nooooooo..."Orion was using his tone like a father talks to a child when he does something wrong. I headed over to her house and noticed her scent was fading. It has been a while since she left,and her mom was in the kitchen sobbing."She left Damien, she left and didn't even say goodbye. Is not like her to do that. Something must have gotten her really upset for her to leave like this" I felt my heart ache and adrenaline rush thru my veins. I have to find her and explain to her what happened.
