Meanwhile elsewhere. . . .

In the deepened streets of the upper skies, was another universe filling with all those of the deceased, much happened to start from the beginning of time when the first specifies were making their way up to the high horizons of light. Many of the deceased spend their growth or frozen time up above the living, refreshing themselves and welcoming new souls into a better afterlife after death or to help brave souls find a second life after a total amount of time. Souls from the early years of the Witch Hunt to the early times of young lives being lost, everyone was welcome to the above grounds of the stars. It's what most of Ebott believed once they die; their souls flow up like water to the skies and become a faithful star, and if they reincarnate, the star will be within their eyes or next trait. It's rare nowadays but it can still exist or happen to anyone no matter the soul, however it is based off classic judgement and fairness played to depend if they deserve to be within a place of such beauty and carefreeness. If a selfish soul would ever mock the ones who bring out the world and stars as beauty marks of magic, would most likely be given a punishment of descending to the darker depths of afterlife. It wouldn't be hell, unless you're a genocide committed person, just a place to grant some time to remember of one's actions.

"Should I tell her?"

"I will just in a moment, are we clear on today's release? Is it clear?"

"Well it's sanitary anyway, she's been wanting a new place to start. Last sightings have been not around any direction so far, I think it's safe to say we are in for a good year."

"Excellent...now how many are we sending down?"

"If there are no other reports, we should be able to send down 184 souls! We might even be better than last year's produce!"

"Reincarnations?"

"We could double the amount from last year's numbers."

"Then we should be able to let her know."

"Wait, Callie? Is she on your mind?"

"Mhm, she's been a patient one than the rest, and a quiet one too. Her trait is really something that I wish to bring back to this world. We don't have enough empathetic people out there, and now with monsters coming back, they're gonna need a ton of help sorting through rights."

"Already?! Well who broke it?!"

"I've spun around and I've seen an emotional pair of bones, all of them in red or a different set of warm colors. I have to have someone be wonderin to get a better look."

"W-Well there's still that celebration you've wanted to endure. Can you at least take a rest? It's been a whole century since you've took your last one."

"*sigh* oh! Alright. I guess I could have some company on my behalf. Can you go tell the children of our plans? And maybe inform Callie about a task of hers?"

"Y-You got it Mx! I'll be back in a jiffy!"

"Thank you, I really hope I can send her down soon. 1935 was a harsh time for that poor girl, I hope I can fix things with her."

The lieutenant hobbled towards the reefs off light, seeing the many elders of the oldest days sitting about with famous people and politicians discussing present news below them. Towards the younger children, all of those bits of laughter cut short during the early twentieth century. Those poor children who suffered too soon and never got a proper life outside in the world. To become major adults and fulfill their duties and dreams. As young as birth minute to the age of seventeen, children still found peace with each other and looked forward to when their second life will come.
