It was now a week after I was jumped. Cal and I have texted almost everyday, but we kept seeing each other to a limit. We don't need another incident like last time. Today is an awards ceremony that we were invited to go to. We are also announcing for upcoming band. I don't know who the nominees are, but we'll see.

After taking a quick shower, I picked out my outfit. I didn't want to dress up or be too casual. All the boys weren't dressing up so why should I. Finally, I decided on a galaxy print tank top with a white triangle and a black mustache, black jean shorts, and my galaxy print vans. (Picture on side) Not too casual, right? For my hair, I just straitened it. I was going to wear a SnapBack or beanie, but that would've made the outfit very casual. I also put on light makeup.

I walked downstairs and saw nobody. Wow that's unusual. Most of the time, I'm the last one to get ready. I looked into the mirror in the hallway and looked for any bruises still visible. Part of the black eye and split lip were still there. Since I put makeup over my eye, you couldn't really tell. My ribs were still healing and every once in a while they would hurt. I looked closer and started to realize how much I looked like my parents. I'm a definite mix between the two. Most people would be proud about that, but I'm not. Especially after what happened.

A while ago, I remember that Calum asked about why I moved to Melbourne, but I wouldn't tell him. You might have all been confused, so I'll tell you now. After I was born, my mother went around and started sleeping with other guys. My dad thinks she was doing it too before she got pregnant with me. I remember the day after I turned five, my dad and I were at the park. We came home a while later and at the time I just thought they were noises coming from my parents room. Now I realize that they were moans. My dad put me into my room and walked to his room. Suddenly I heard screams and then a pair of feet running and the door slam closed. At five, you don't really understand, but once you're older, you do. A few minutes later the yelling stopped and my dad came into my room crying. He didn't say anything. All he did was grab my suitcase and started throwing all my clothes in there. Once he was finished he grabbed my suitcase and his from the hallway and we left. I remember him once saying that we had some family in Australia. We got to Melbourne and that's when I met Jai and Luke. I haven't seen or talked to my mom since. It kind of upsets me that I didn't even get to say goodbye to her, but now I don't really care. She cheated on my dad for fucks sake.

"Alex you okay?" The familiar voice of Daniel said. I looked to him with tears in my eyes. Only the boys and Gina know what had happened. Skip came up to me and wrapped me in a hug, which just made me cry more. "Shh it's okay. You've got us." I pulled away a few minutes later and looked back into the mirror. Looking towards Skip, I laughed.

"At least I'm wearing waterproof mascara." The two of us laughed as I wiped my tears. By now all of the boys were with us. "Let's go!" I yelled running towards the car, but stopping halfway because of pain in my ribs. Probably not the best idea.

~ At the show ~

After walking down the red carpet and taking so many pictures, we were now at our seats. A few minutes ago, a stage manger came up to us and told us how to announce and when to go up. We were also told that we were closing the show. I was now looking around to see who we were seated by. Looking next to me, I saw four signs on the chairs with familiar names. I laughed once I saw that Calum was seated next to me. Shocker. The boys saw what I was laughing at and just smiled. I got up from my seat to see who was sitting in front of us. No fucking way. Ki Hong Lee, Will Poulter, Thomas Brodie- Sangster, Kaya Scodelario, and Dylan O'Brien. Also known as the Maze Runner cast. Please note my mini freak out. Next to Dylan was the Teen Wolf cast. I sat back down and told the boys. They just laughed at my excitement. While I was having another mini freak out, five people walked in front of us and sat down. They turned around to see who was behind them, and I saw my favorite cast of all time. All of us had shocked faces.
