Quiet.

It was something he never really liked, but right now, it felt like it was needed. Newfound popularity and endless interviews took up most of his time. But even if all those things did take up lots of time, he had to go back to Beigoma.

It held so many memories. He made so many friends and so many other things happened, it almost felt like a dream. Given his personality however, it wasn't too far from reality. His personality made him so likable. He was clumsy, yet that always made people laugh. That was what kept him going.

'Growth, huh, I am not that kind of person.' He thought, laughing.

He would always remain dense though.

The blue haired male picked his bey, walking over to the side of the Beigoma rooftop. The sky was then dyed orange and yellow, the sun setting just below the horizon. 'Sunsets are pretty cool,' he had always thought.

Then he realized it was sunset, which meant the school was closing. He did a quick check if anyone else was still there since he knew someone would be locking the doors shut, He'd hate for others to be locked out.

The last place to check was the student council room. The lights were on inside, but he didn't hear anything. Valt skeptically opened the door, finding a figure sitting in a chair, laying peacefully on a table filled with paperwork. The student council had new students applying for the school, and some of the students, including Valt himself, were graduating. That meant double the work than usual.

Immediately recognizing the figure, Valt walked over. "Hey Shu. You do look cute sleeping here and all, but school is closing for the day. You gotta wake up."

"Mmm." Shu grunted in response.

Too groggy to understand the words spoken to him and who said them, Shu simply buried himself further into the paperwork. Paperwork that was halfheartedly filled out, characters sloppier than Shu's usual elegant script.

Shu had a lot on his plate at the moment, so his writing being a bit messier wasn't too important. While taking care of students at Beigoma, he was still in contact will the Raging Bulls to prepare them for an upcoming tournament. Not to mention how he also has to find time to cook for himself, and sleep long enough so he has a decent sleep schedule. If napping on a desk helped to achieve that, then so be it.

Shu really didn't want to get up. Getting up meant returning to the endless pile of work he had to do, but in the back of his mind he knew putting it off would only make things worse for him. He also knew if he finished the work now, he could go home, eat leftovers, then go to bed. Anyone who ever fell asleep in class knew how painfully hard and uncomfortable a desk is.

Shu yawned, looking over to the person who had disturbed his slumber. He expected a janitor, maybe even Principal Shinoda. This wasn't be the first time he fell asleep working after hours, and he knew what to expect.

Surprising himself, Shu met the bright eyes of Valt Aoi.

Shu was still half asleep, squinting as he tried to think of a reason why Valt would be in Japan. He came up empty.

"Wha-what are you doing here, Valt?" Shu asked, voice groggy and layered with sleep.

"Practicing. And graduation." Valt looked at all the paperwork for a second, then back at his fatigued friend. "I really hope this gets done before then." He joked.
