Nanon worked the whole day. As a new staff member, he did well. It was lunchtime so everyone took a break. Dew dragged nanon into the staff room to celebrate his first day of work.

"Guys! This is nanon our new member. You already know him. He is just 20 so treat him like one. Don't droll over him okay?"

"Boss is already doing it" build jumped into the conversation.

"Shut up. So... Let's hear from our nanon how his day was."

"It was good... I loved working here and looking forward to working here for as long as I can. Dew helped me when I needed him so lemme know when you need my help. "

"Aww. We are besties already "

"Boss... He is 20" build reminded his boss to not go any further.

"Clear your ears I didn’t say anything wrong " dew snapped back and glared at build.

"Okay okay. I was just reminding " build threw his hands in the air and laughed. They all had lunch together and nanon learned that build and dew know each other for a long time. Dew's family left society so he grew up in this human world. Build doesn’t know about his little secret.

Nanon was working hard at the cashier.  Suddenly a straw fell. he bent down to pick it up. He noticed someone standing at the counter. he felt a familiar scent but with all the smells in this cafe, he Couldn't quite get it.

"Welcome.  What is your or- OHM!" nanon screamed and gained the attention of everyone present at the cafe. Dew smiled from the back but Everyone was shocked. Nanon seemed like someone who wouldn't have a boyfriend. Nanon ran as fast as he could and hugged ohm. Making him step back a bit.

"Aww, my meow missed me?"

"I did! How did you come? I never gave you the address "

"But he did" ohm pointed at dew who waved at them.

"Wohooo. Our little kitten has a boyfriend huh?" build finished serving and stood beside dew.

"He is my friend p'. I currently live with him"

"Damn! Two eye candy" godji came and started fangirling over them. Godji teased nanon the whole day about how good-looking he is but nanon being a cat he always replied I know. Now is not much different.

"I know"

"Thanks, p" both of them looked at each other and laughed. Noticing their character dynamics. 

"You should learn to be polite nanon!"

" you should learn to be unapologetically confident " nanon looked at his reflection in the glass door and winked at ohm.

"You freaking cat!" ohm got close to his ear and whispered. Even if he Didn't get that close nanon could've heard it perfectly. 

"Okay okay. Enough being lovey-dovey. Nanon, you have to serve our special guest today. " dew ordered.

" special guest who?" nanon tilted his head cutely and looked at all of their faces.

"Your boyfriend who else." build teased nanon again and nanon hid his face in ohm's chest making ohm hide his face too. They didn’t know why they didn’t mind it.

Ohm ordered a milk tea and 3 cakes for nanon. Nanon didn’t want to leave his work to spend time with ohm. But everyone insisted so he had no choice.

Nanon sat in front of ohm and pointed at the cakes.

"Why are you spending so much money on me? How will you save up to rent a house huh?"

"You will definitely kill me if I show you this." ohm pulled out a brand-new phone and handed it to nanon.

"Before you give me your famous kitty punch let me explain... " nanon glared at ohm and started caressing his nails. Threatening to scratch him.

"It's from my dad. He said you need a phone so we know where you are. You have been going out of the house too often so he got worried. I bought it the day when you got into heat but seeing your condition I decided to give it to you later... I already saved important numbers like mine, dads, moms, loves and... Dew's. "

"So you are not jealous of me and dew?"

"I mean... I am but... He seems like a cool guy so... But IF he tries to touch even a single hair strand of yours I will murder-"

"Okay okay. Got it... You also...  Should not get close to your co-workers...  I'll not get too close to my co-workers."

"Deal"

"Deal" they both fist bumped and nanon explored his new phone. Ohm looked surprised by how nanon was so good at using phones.

"Looks like you used to have a phone"

"Yes. I did..."

"You know... You could just call your mom and tell her that you are okay. I know you cry missing her sometimes. " nanon sat there looking sad. He looked at ohm and ohm gave him a soft smile.

"There's no network there. I only used it when I came between humans... I- "

"It's fine... We will go back to your house together after we Both settle down together. They will not be mad "

"Sure" nanon ate his cakes quietly and glanced at ohm occasionally only to see ohm staring at him. Nanon got shy and hid his face.

"You look good in aprons"

"You look... Good" nanon awkwardly answered. The staff members who were eavesdropping on their conversation couldn’t help but crack up.

"Well... Thank you" ohm awkwardly scratched his head and looked at nanon. Ohm had a faint blush on his cheeks. He looked so cute and sunkissed under the setting sun. Nanon wanted to see ohm blush some more so he held ohm's hand.

"Lemme compare our hand sizes" they both put their hand in hand. Ohm's hand turned out to be just a bit bigger. Ohm laughed and was about to take his hand back when nanon intertwined their hands.

"Yours might be bigger but it fits just right" ohm blushed more and looked away. Nanon also blushed to watch his effect on ohm. Ohm cutely sipped his coffee while nanon ate his cake while holding hands.

"They call themself friends? " bible who joined their fun later also started questioning their friendship.

"I know right? It's like I'm watching a bl series and they are both in their flirting but in denial stage" dew commented but earned a hard slap from build.

"Stop watching so many bls" build rolled his eyes.

"Stop fucking your boyfriend like bunnies in heat!" dew snapped back. He wondered who is the actual bunny here.
