Tay entered nanon's room and almost had a heart attack. Nanon stood up getting alert. He was gonna fight if he had to. He needed to protect his ohm from his brother.

" Nanon! Why do you have a human in your room?!" tay started having a panic attack.

"listen listen... Calm down. He is just a human, not a predator."

"but it's against the rules-"

"fuck those rules..."  ohm gasped hearing nanon curse for the first time. Tay looked at him shocked because his baby brother just cursed in front of him.

" nanon... I know you are mad at me for beating him the other day. I apologize-"

"yeah. Your fake apology is unnecessary here." tay came close to nanon and tried to calm him down.

"nanon. I'm just worried about you. You know that right?" nanon sighed and nodded.

"why are you doing this when you know it's risky" nanon sat down in bed and pulled ohm to sit with him. Tay took the chair and sat on it.

"because I don't wanna live miserably. I wanna thrive in this word p'. I don't understand some of these rules made by our rulers... Why can't we get educated? we have to go into the human world to work so why not learn about them at a young age? They say humans will kill us but I feel like scar face kills us because we fear him. We are more in number... We can face scar face but we choose to live in fear... I don't want that. " tay nodded his head. He understands his cousin but he was still worried.

"But why interact with humans?" tay whined.

" because they are not monsters... Ohm saved me the day I was lost p'. Even when he saw me as a human he didn't hate me... If you ask me why this human then I'll say this human is my mate... Now you accept it or not... I'll die if he is not with me" nanon held ohm's hand tightly. Tay looked at their intertwined hands and smiled softly.

"if you are happy we all are happy non. I'm happy to see you back again. So what is your next plan?"

"living with ohm. I wanna do whatever I want..." nanon sounded determined. Tay smiled and turned to look at ohm.

"Sorry for that day ohm... I... Don't have any justifications. I should've listened to my little bro when he tried to explain" ohm smiled and patted tay's shoulder.

"It's all good now. Don't worry about it." nanon glared at ohm. Ohm took his hand off of tay and side-hugged nanon. Tay got up giving privacy to the couple.

"I'm your mate?" ohm asked wanting to clarify things between them.

"maybe" nanon huffed.

"come on... You already told your cousin that I'm your mate and you will die if I'm away from you" ohm teased nanon. Nanon scooted a bit far from ohm and crossed his arm on his chest.

"I don't know... We are not mates yet... We haven't mated" nanon's cheeks turned light pink. Ohm smiled and sat next to nanon again.

"I forgot you mate first to become mates. We just ask our loved ones if they wanna be our boyfriend... Nanon... Do you wanna be my boyfriend?" nanon glanced at ohm then quickly looked away. He was feeling extremely shy.

"Sure... Baby" nanon hid his face in his palm.

" let's mate now" ohm started taking his shirt off. Nanon quickly stopped him and looked embarrassed.

"umm... It doesn't happen like that and did you forget my parents can hear everything?"

"so what? They know we are gonna mate at some point" ohm held his shirt in his hand like an innocent child but his mind lost its innocence a while ago.

"shameless... By the way... I have to give you a book..."

"come on you, anti-romantic kid. Who gives a book to someone in this situation?" ohm fell back on the bed annoyed. Nanon is not understanding that ohm is aroused.

"you have to read it first so know more about hybrids... Breeding... " ohm saw a handwritten book. It looked aesthetic. He opened the book and started looking at pictures. It was interesting. It was like a hybrids secret sex ed book.

"I can't tell you everything so... Read this... It will be less embarrassing this way" Nanon got ready for bed and fell asleep hugging ohm's waist. Ohm stayed up late to read the book. It was thick so he had to take his time to read it. It was interesting to ohm. There was interesting information about cat hybrids like they need to be stimulated mentally before physically. They will go into heat after being aroused so ohm has to be prepared for animal-like things nanon will do. Pregnancy among males in hybrids is pretty rare but it has happened in the past.

Ohm stopped reading after that sentence. He can get nanon pregnant? Is that why gay relationships are so accepted among hybrids? He looked at nanon sleeping peacefully while hugging his waist. Ohm doesn't want to put nanon through a hard time and pregnancy always scared ohm. He laid beside nanon and hugged him close.
