Yes. We're doing this. My suit is nearly finished, my team is well prepared, and now we've destroyed the heroes base. They have no home to run to now. No meeting place away from prying eyes. This alley cat and her team of misfits will be no match for me. My team is like a well-constructed army. An army that will soon be the royal family, the rulers of the entire Earth. Go on Jordan. Finish the job.
Daemon was able to manipulate Jordan's every move. Jordan's own mind was barely aware of what was happening. It was like he was under anesthesia for surgery. He raised his arms up in front of him, aimed at the smoking crater that was the remnants of Cat's Haunt. Sent orange-red lasers blasting at the keg room floor. Carve it all away. And the lasers burnt through the wooden floor, sending the remaining kegs up in flames, and wood falling down into the meeting room. The seventeen hundred year old headache was miles away.
Once he had destroyed the roof and the very bottom it all collapsed in one swift motion. The noise of the implosion rang out forever. He could hear the cries of police sirens coming from blocks away.
Ice Breaker and Living Weapons were blasting ice and bullets at Total Chaos, who blocked and dodged them expertly, even though he was holding several tons of material in the air.
A portal cracked open beside him. Evanesce jumped out and wrapped her arms around him in an attempt to drag him down. He used the rockets in his boots to jerk to the right, and he thrashed backwards. He clapped a hand to her bare arm, singed her skin with the leftover heat from the lasers.
She yelped and her arms came loose, she fell away. He was sure that she would smack her skull off the pavement, but instead, Wild Claw in the form of a tiger darted underneath her, and she fell stomach first onto her back.
That still hurts. Spine to the stomach? Ouch. Haha.
He looked to Ice Breaker and readied his lasers again. They fired up with a faint groaning noise and blasted out. They hit her square in the shoulder. She stumbled back and collapsed on the ground, feebly trying to get up. Good luck with that one.
