The fall, a disaster that was supposed to bring the end of humanity the meeting between Nyx and Erebus that would provoke the apathy of humans toward life itself while the event itself will not wipe humanity immediatly it would bring it's end since no one would care anymore, they wouldn't care about eating, sleeping, meeting others, love...
Thankfully heroes decided to stand up and fought with everything they had, a young group of persona users called S.E.E.S stood up to Nyx but in the end you can do so much against death they eventually lost but right before the end one person prayed for a miracle, something to protect the one he loved and his prayer were answered, he got the power of the universe itself and used his own soul to create the great seal now he acts as a barrier between Nyx and Erebus for all eternity, well for as long as humanity wish for it's demise at least.
Recently though others miracles were granted to humanity, the will to search for the truth and the meaning of life and the will to fight and go against the odds humanity grow closer and closer to separate itself from the wish of death.
Now in the sea of souls Minato served as the great seal, his body was now composed of stones, no movement possible, no facial expression possible but despite everything his mind was still there, he feels pain when Erebus slam on the door to try and open it, he feels bored and sad when his mind drift away as he thinks of the past.
Minato's POV
'How long has it been since I became the seal?'
Notion of time doesn't exist in the sea of soul, he could be here for days, month or centuries but he could never now, the only thing left to him was dream and think of the past with the one he cared for, sometimes Elisabeth come see him telling him she's searching for way to free his soul but he doesn't really believe it to be possible as of yet.
He does not know what's going on in the world but he can feel in the sea of soul a great change, he can tell that at two occasion a huge change has been done to the world, yet Erebus is still as energic and powerful as ever.
'He is still going strong, no I would say he becomes more and more enraged as the time pass, so close to his objectif yet a single door keep him from achieving his goal.'
Despite of that He held strong, as long as his determination holds the seal will never breaks, it is indeed long and depressing being there in such a vast place but he will still strong until he is not needed anymore.
As he was thinking of Elisabeth, a blue door appears before him.
'Speak of the devil.' He thought as the door open revealing an attracting woman with grey hair and golden eyes filled with power appeared before him.
