Chapter 23

After brunch Nandini cuddled up against me drawing little circles on my chest

"Manik"

I hummed kissing her head

"You make me feel loved" she said with a cute smile

"Im glad, you should always feel loved becasue you are meant to be loved Nandini"

A grin broke out on her face making me smile

"You know what" I asked

She looked at me making me smile at her, she is so fucking adorable

"You did so well baby" I whispered pressing a kiss to her head

"I did" she asked giggling

"Yes, so well, you were perfect" she smiled hearing me

I know she loves when I tell her how she did, she likes praises and I don't have a problem giving them to her.

"You sure" she asked

"Mhmm so well my love, you take me so well" she blushed hearing me

"I remember the first time, it felt like an impossible thing" she said laughing

"Why"

"Manik I don't need to say it, you already know" I chuckled remembering her reaction

"But I guess it has gotten better right" she siad

"How so"

"You were right the first time when you said you would mold me to take you" she said turning into a bright red colour

i kissed her head, she yawned making me chuckle

"Sleepy" I asked and she shook her head

"No"

"I can tell you are sleepy"

"You will go if I close my eyes" she said

"No I won't ill be right here, close your eyes baby"

She opened her eyes wide and leaned up kissing my lips, she put her face in my neck holding onto to my t shirt.

"You are so beautiful baby" I whispered in her ear dropping tiny kisses all over her head

it didn't take too long  before she fell a sleep, I felt her warm breaths trickling my neck as her breathing even out.

I grabbed my phone and called gretal letting her know that we have a dinner tonight and then I called cabir asking him to come in if he has a moment to which he replied and I quote 'right away bitches'. Hahah he is hilarious

A few minutes later he walked in well let me rephrase ran in dropping a few things on the table making this huge noise making me glare at him

"Hiiii" he yelled making me throw a pillow at him

"She is sleeping" I said and he made an o face realizing

"Sorry, but why is she still sleeping" he asked

"She hasn't been sleeping well and she cried so much last night so I fed her breakfast so she could sleep a little" I said

"Yesterday when I found her crying my heart broke Manik, she is always this smily person with me and I hadn't seen her cry like that in ages. The time she cried like this was when you left" he said

"When I left" I questioned

I asked because I remember she didn't want to see me before I left, she was angry that I was leaving but I didn't have a choice.

"She used to find this comfort in you, your arguments, the fights. I full on thought she would marry you and all" he said chuckling

"Well she will" I said caressing her hair

"Damn right she will but no seriously its so ironic that she ended up with you and the fact that she didn't remember you was great"

"Not great, she made me run around in lingerie stores because she thought I wouldn't enter in that store"

He laughed hearing this.

"Umm cabir what happened yesterday before I came in" I asked

his face hardened hearing me and I knew it had to be bad

"Our mother, she called her names like really bad ones. She called her a whore and a skank because see flirted with her but seb had apologized after she talked to him. She told seb that she likes you and she is with you but our mother didn't care for it at all. Nandini tried to say something but she just ended up walking away. You know Manik I have never seen her this week, and I think it's becasue she already was missing you so damn much that she couldn't say anything back. She just ran here and was bawling her eyes out before I took her to my room but she wouldn't stop crying, she kept asking for you, the only thing she uttered was your name but I knew you were on your way back"

I felt my jaw hardening hearing this

"Cabir I swear to god if she says another word I am going to burst out and you know it will cause secrets to unravel bu I don't give a shit" I siad

"Doens't matter man, id rather have her know the secret than have Nandini be crying like this" he said

"Uncle is having this dinner tonight, I'm telling her to back the fuck off there"

"Do it, ahh ill bring popcorn" he said making me frown

"Not fucking funny man" I said

"Wait why is there a dinner" he asked

"Uncle called and asked me to organize one"

"Shittt have you told him"

"Told him what"

"You and Nandini" he asked

"No, not yet"

"Fuck" he screamed making nadnini move a little

"Dude lower your voice" I said kissing her head

"Shit sorry, umm okay you have to tell him tonight too"

"I will, is it weird that im kind of scared" I asked

"No sir, you should be, its his daughter"

"But you approve right" I asked

"Yes"

"Great umm ill convince him"

He nodded getting up

"See ya laters and wake up this monster" he said

"If she hears that she will murder you"

"Hahha she will, byeee"

He left closing the door, I kissed Nandini's head and grabbed my laptop clicking on the cameras. I looked through the security footage jsut to make sure everything is okay.
