Chapter 14: Nostalgic Kitchen

All of the Kid Pirates lined up on the docks to wait for the arrival of the enemies as well as the calibration of the log pose.

Few more minutes and there shall be a fight between the pirates and the marines that will take place in the said area. The people around has already evacuated the location before it could start, it's not worth watching if a lost canon lands on their view and kills them instantly.

The bright moon is the only witness of what is about to happen.

Three ships appears to be approaching from the dark horizon. Two has the flag of the world government while the other does not have one.

"Captain!" everyone turned their sight on the navigator whose standing behind them. "The log pose is done calibrating, we now have our next destination." He informs. Kid raised a non-existent brow then smirked, delighted by the information.

"SET SAIL! WE'LL FIGHT THEM LIKE HOW A PIRATE SHOULD BE!"

"AYE!!!" Everybody shouted in unison and are hyped for the upcoming battle within the sea. The captain decided to meet the enemies instead of waiting for them on the docks.

Killer stood beside you and Kid. Heat and Wire held tight on their own weapons. Masclara and her husband Mohawk held their loaded weapons as well.

Everyone rushed into their position as the glorious Victoria Punk starts to meet the enemies.

The marines noticed the brave move of the Kid Pirates and informed their marine captain about the enemy's approach. The female marine captain smiled and wondered about the pirates' survival.

A three on one battle at sea is surely interesting to watch.

She ordered her subordinates to prepare for battle while she searched for you within the crowded deck of the Victoria's Punk using her telescope.

"Captain Mich, I participated in this battle all because I want miss y/n to be caught alive." Another marine captain stood beside Mich. She lowered her telescope but remained facing the direction of the pirate ship.

"I want to let you know that I allowed you to participate in order for her to be captured alive. Because if I were to hunt her alone, I would definitely kill her as a payment for her sin, killing our previous marine captain."

"I know that." The other marine captain answered.

"Aim for the Kid Pirate's SHIP!" She gave commands to her men.

Time seems to be so fast, the distance is getting closer and closer to the war zone. The ships have come face to face to each other.

The crew who were in charge on the Victoria's belly sent multiple canon balls to the enemy's ship. Two canon is about to land successfully on the marine's ship but were shattered by a woman and a pink haired man.

When they were clear from the view, your body got cold to see Mich waving her hand like she missed you but her eyes were dark matching her grin.

The sniper of the Kid Pirates secured their comrade in any way possible. As for Masclara, she aimed for her loaded weapon to the enemy's ship that didn't have the world government flag. That is the ship of a pirate hunter group. When her bullet went through the wall of the ship, the enemies ignored it and thought it as nothing harmful but ignoring the bullet was their first mistake.

The bullet suddenly grew bigger within seconds, shattering its surroundings. It grew a long big tentacles that hugged the entire body of the ship. As the tentacles reaches the sea water, it absorbed it fast and gained weight and size.

"Kraken!!" One of the pirate hunter shouted while the greenery tentacles started to engulf the ship by its size. Their ship started to creek like it is complaining from the weight of the tentacles.
