Bonus Chapter: Odd one

Today we were packing to go to Korea to see my grandparents. I was turning 11 in a couple days and we wanted to go to have my party with family.

"You ready Y/N? We gotta go." I grabbed my purple backpack and left my aqua colored room and ran down the stairs. We drove to the airport and soon will be in South Korea.

"Sweetheart come on we are here" I heard my mom say and I stretched after being on a plan for hours. Suddenly the excitement hit me and I raced out with my parents racing after me.

"Y/N!!!" I saw my grandparents and I ran to them hugging them tightly. "I've missed you so much!" I yelled hugging them with so much force my 11 year old arms could muster.

We got a in their vehicle and headed to Busan since we landed in Seoul. I was so jet jagged that I was asleep the whole way there and my father carried me in and I was out the whole night.

Once the light shined through the curtains I jolted up feeling excited and ready to go explore. My grandparents lived in a two bedroom apartment with a small dog named Sue by the beach.

I bounced up and down excited for mom to wake up so I could ask to walk along side the beach.

"Momma Can I go now pleaseeeeee?" I begged her once everyone was up. "Fine but you know the rules" I nodded and ran out the apartment building. The sun was up with a light breeze, my brown boots made prints in the sand until I heard the sound of someone singing, but it wasn't a sound of someone older it was a kids sound.

Curious I walked towards large rocks and saw a boy there about my age although looked slightly older. I hadn't recognized the song but I looked at him and once he finished I clapped scaring him.

"Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean you scare you" I said to the alarmed boy who looked at me wearily as he stood up. 'Oh wait he can't understand me duh' I thought to myself and translated what I had said to the unknown boy.

"O-Oh no i-it's okay" he bowed and I bowed back then lifted my hand up. "I'm Y/N, what's your name?" I tilted my head in curiosity. "J-Jeon Junkoo"-"Y/N! Come in we are going to town!!" I turned and saw my mom hurrying me along.

"Well it was nice meeting you Jeon, you sing really well you should become an idol I'm sure you'd be great" I smiled running off and turned to see him still standing there waving back.

'What an odd boy, beautiful voice but odd' I shook my head and went to my family.
