Two days later

3am yes I was awake at 3am hurriedly packing my tree luggage full of clothes and other necessities. Today we leave for Japan for the start of the tour and saying I was a little nervous would be an understatement. I heard a knock on the door and I ran to answer it. "you ready?" said a tired Jimin and the rest of the guys. "Yep" I grabbed my bags and we went out to the van. "Hey Y/N" I turned to see Jungkook who wore his facemask and hat to hide his face. "Oh yes?" I turned to step back till he was right next to me. "Do you think we are ready?" I turned my head to the side and then realized he was talking about our duet. "I'm asking because for some reason I'm more nervous than anything," He said quietly looking down at me. I smiled at him and put my hand on his upper arm, "Jungkook we'll do great we've practiced, and yeah we are risking ourselves since it's only been a few days rehearsing it but we will get it no doubt" I could tell by his expression that he had eased a bit and smiled. We packed inside the van and headed for the airport.

It was a tight fit for everyone but we managed and headed on the road. Everyone slept but me, I was on my phone looking at my news feed when I came to a particular article with my face on it. I clicked on the link and saw the pictures of me and Jungkook together then a paragraph was written underneath the pictures.

"Is this girl even serious? American artists Y/N Y/L decide to get goody goody with Korean idol Jeon Jungkook, for what though? It seems as though she is using the famous group BTS for her own needs" I stared at the screen reading the rest of what this publisher had to say about me. I looked down at the comments seeing both hate and support from many people. It did hurt my heart reading it but I know I have to get used to it because every performer deals with the hate from non-understanding fans. "Don't listen to them" I jumped in surprise hearing Jungkooks voice whisper to me. I look over at him as he placed his hand on my phone and turned it off. "We know you're not using us, you would never do that and I'm glad I get to be with you and perform with an amazing person." My heartbeat raced in my chest making my face red. I can't tell if he was trying to make me blush or if he just does it naturally. "U-um did I say something weird?" I shook my head quickly. "N-no um thank you I-I'm glad I get to spend time with you and the guys" The fire in my chest died down as we made it to the airport. Everyone got up tiredly entering the airport. Suddenly waking everyone up crowds of girls screamed for the guys and guards blocked them but it didn't stop them from grabbing onto them. I felt a hand jerk my shoulder and I felt myself tumble backward but as I closed my eyes I was soon tugged forward into someone's arms. "Are you okay?" Opening my eyes I met with Jungkook's dark brown ones. "Y-Yeah I'm okay" He nodded still keeping his arm wrapped around my body protectively then the guys saw us and made a circle around me. "Jungkook Oppa!" girls yelled and many yelled the other members' names a few times I heard "Y/N unnie!" or "Look it's Y/N unnie and Jungkook Oppa together!" I looked up at the guys and they seemed unfazed about what was going on. We finally managed to get onto the plane without injuries and we took our seats Suga with J-Hope, RM and Jin, V and Jimin then Me and Jungkook.

"These seats are very uncomfortable" Jungkook whined making me laugh. "What's so funny Y/N" he pouted making me laugh more. "Your such a dork Jungkook" He smiled at me and pulled out his laptop. "Well, you are sitting with this dork" He tilted his head making my heart flutter. "Wanna watch some movies" I nodded and he handed me a headphone and watch movies not realizing the rest of the group were looking at us with smirks on their faces. "Have you seen this movie?" I shook my head watching the screen.

THIRD-PERSON POV

"How much do you wanna bet that this week they will get together" whispered Jin to RM who smiled."I'm just shocked he can look at her in the eyes and not blow his head off" They smiled looking at Jungkook who was explaining the movie to Y/N. Everyone stared at them as they laughed and joked around with one another.

Jungkook stared at Y/N still trying to figure out what was with her that made her so different. He's seen many girls but could never carry out a conversation as he can with her and that confused him on a high level.
