We are walking in a hallway of the hospital. I need to find out where we are heading too. I look around at my surroundings. ''Where are we going, Sofia?'' I ask. ''As I said, I am going to look after you'' Sofia takes me to the morgue. As we entered the hospital morgue, we passed a sign saying ''DANGER'', and I started to panic and looked for anywhere to escape. She unlocks the door and opens it leading me in and closing it behind it ''WHAT ARE YOU DOING?'' I screamed, and Sofia locked the door so I couldn't get out. ''You are staying in there until you do what I say,'' Sofia says as she laughs—locking the door with a physical key which she slips in her back pocket. Indeed, she is not locking me in. Then I remembered we were in a hospital so that anyone could find me.
She walks into the morgue.
''Does this place seem familiar?'' She stands in front of the door.
I looked around the morgue, which was very dark and gloomy. It makes my stomach turn ''What are we doing here?'' I speak. ''We are going to spend time together ''. I cringe inwardly as she walks to the freezers. ''You know that the undertakes will find us here, Sofia,'' I say. She walked to the coat hangers and gave me a white gown to change into. '' if you change into one of these, they will not know.''
I changed into the clothes she gave me. I braced and stepped out of the bathroom, and she sat waiting for me. ''Do you feel better now?'' She smiled. 'So, can you remember anything, Misha?'' ''You were in a tragic car accident, and you lost me. Remember you, poor girl, and that is a shame that you will have to attend my funeral.'' she laughed. ''I do remember,'' I said. ''Tell me what you remember?'' she asked me. As she turned away, I quickly got to my phone and rang 999. However, Sofia caught me and injected me with a needle. ''Nice try,'' she said as I fainted. Sofia threw water over me to wake me up. ''Wake up, Misha,'' and I jumped out of my skin. ''Did you have a good night's sleep?'' I look around, and I am on the examination table where they're a freezer behind me. ''Do you know I feel so sorry for you because you are going down for my murder'' she smirked. I laugh and say, ''Do you think I am scared of you?''
I wanted to ask Sofia why she faked her death. I was ready for her answers. ''So why did you cover up your death?' I began. She smirked at me. 'Tell me why?'' I speak. ''I saw that it was on the news and everywhere. I liked the attention, and I made it look like you killed me, and people still believe it.'' She was talking so fast I could not keep up, ''But why do it, Sofia?'' the police think I killed you in that car crash. I am going to go to prison because of you.
''You were always blaming me for everything. I did not do anything wrong.'' She speaks. ''Poor Sofia, I feel so sorry for you,'' I laugh. ''Remember when you called me a bitch, and Mrs Bailey pulled you in and told you to apologise to me'' she laughs. ''You could have got away with murder. How you bullied me,'' I say. 'You were just a girl I bullied because you had mental health issues. 'You were an angel in everybody's eyes. You could do no wrong.'' ''I forgave you so many times, but no, you continuously stabbed me in the back.''
''I am not letting you get away with this, Sofia,'' I tell her.
''Well, yes, I am because you are going to do what I say.''
''Sofia, stop being childish and grow up; you need help!'' I speak.
I don't know what she is going on about, but it's not me that needs help. It is her. ''I do not need help. It is you—you're in the hospital, Misha. I wonder why? She speaks. We glance at her phone, and messages come through, but I ignore them. ''tell me why you are doing this. 'I ask her. ''What happened that night?''
''I wanted to kill you, but it did not work, so I killed Hollie instead.''
''Your sister?'' I said ''She was a backstabber'''.
''What did she do to you? She was my best friend and your sister!'' I shouted.
She was not looking for me in the. She was rolling her eyes. ''Hollie turned against me because she was your best friend and backed you up at prom.'' ''What? You made that night hell for me; you bullied me that night,'' I say. ''Hollie saw what you were doing, Sofia.'' Hollie was not stupid. You might have fooled everyone else but not me or Hollie. 'Sofia McKeegan being a drama queen,'' I laugh, shaking my head at her. ''that is why you killed her?'' ''Yes,'' Sofia admits. ''And I put you in a coma.'' She says unexpected. ''What?'' I reached out to get her phone, but she wouldn't let me have it. ''I knew it was you treating me in the hospital as a nurse.''
I remember everything now. Everything makes sense. Sofia was giving me medication to make me go all over the place. She was drugging me. ''You need to tell the police everything that you have done,''' No, you are going to go to my funeral and act like you never saw me alive.'' ''What? I cannot do that; please give me your phone now.'' Sofia is heisted to provide me with her phone. She is obsessed with me, and I can tell she won't let me out of this basement. "We are not going to the police station." She goes to the door and stands in front of it. "As I said, it was sad about Hollie. However, it's our little secret, Misha, and you're going to bury Hollie tomorrow and pretend that it's me instead."
''However, you are staying in the morgue for the night,'' Sofia says, laughing as she slowly pushes me into the freezer. My heart started pounding, and I was screaming at the top of my lungs. This is my worst fear of being locked in the morgue, especially in a freezer, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I am trapped here and don't know if I will get out of there. I looked at the right side of me and the left; I screamed because I could see Hollie had a corpse and Sofia. I think my mind is playing tricks on me.
