Jim Raynor: Well this sucks. I have to deal with this place.

Cole Hickson: What are you here for?

Jim Raynor: Why am I here?

Cole Hickson: Yes, I'm asking you, why are you here?

Jim Raynor: Because... I was here to recon this place.

Cole Hickson: Oh? Well it seems you have a lot to learn young fellow. These Kel-Morians don't take any combat lightly; it's better for you to learn how to resist.

Jim Raynor: Well I thought this war was fun at first. But I lost some friends along the way.

Cole Hickson: Well such is the brutality of war. Propaganda makes it seem like a video game only for it to lead to actual deaths.

Jim Raynor: Well gotta wait for tomorrow then.

Cole Hickson: Don't worry, I'll be there for you.

Jim Raynor: Thanks I can really use some sanity here.

The next day...

Sergeant Tychus Findlay: Remember the plan, watch your six, and don't shoot or any of the POWs. You got any questions? No? I'll see you on the ground.

The attack commenced, sparking the Battle of KIC-36. A fierce fight occurred outside of the camp. They found Raynor and Hickson tied up on spokes outside. The Kel-Morians started open fire on the prisoners committing war crimes. This forces the platoon to act quickly to save their men.

Lisa Cassidy: Here take these!

Cassidy tossed some stimulants to Raynor which increased his aggression and combat. Cole Hickson took the opportunity to escape the camp altogether

Jim Raynor: Aw yeah!

Jim Raynor now energetically stole a vulture bike and led the Confederate convoy in a disputed zone. He hoped to be rescued by the Confederates. However they were counterattacked by Snakehead Komandos. Foreman Kar Ottomar was leading the commandos.

Assistant Overseer Danick: Ottomar! You must stop the prisoners from escaping!

Kar Ottomar: Yes Sir!

Kar Ottomar: Taskmaster Kurst

Kurst: Yes?

Kar Ottomar: The COnfederates are attacking en masse! You must stop them!

Kurst: Got it. Men follow me! We are to stop their efforts!

Kurst and other soldiers, infuriated, joined Kar Ottomar to stop their efforts. Little did they know they were in for an ambush. Ryk Kydd started to snipe their force and Connard Ward used his rocket launchers to destroy their vehicles. More specially Kar Ottomar as he died in this battle.

Jim Raynor: Hold on, support is on the way!

Tychus FIndlay: Look up!

Confederate Avengers arrived, destroying the remaining Snakeheads. The Confederates once again won another battle.

Ryk Kydd: We did it!

Connard Ward: We showed them who's boss!

Tychus Findlay: At the cost of half of my platoon.

Jim Raynor: At least you saved me! I could have gone insane had I not been rescued!

Clair Hobarth: Well did you like our air support?

Jim Raynor: Definitely!

Clair Hobarth: Alright let's go to a bar to celebrate our victory!

The Special Tactics and Mission Platoon went to Three Fingered Jack's to have a drink to celebrate their hard fought victory.
