Jessica Harrington also known as Jessie for short is the younger twin of Steve Harrington. The popular girl in Hawkins High School never knew particularly why but at the same time she did was because of her Twin Brother Steve who played on the basketball team. And one of the hot boys in the school that girls go crazy for, of course, the girls would try to be nice to her just so they can get on the good side of Steve.
Or maybe fact that she was the most attractive girl in the school. She was friends with everyone and no one judged her at all if they did they had to deal with consequences with two Harringtons giving them hell mostly it was Jessie who spoke her mind, she didn't understand why Steve always stood up for her I mean she can handle herself. But Steve was just always overly protective of his twin sister after all. It was like you mess with one Harrington you messing with the other, or it was you get one twin you get the other. It's how Steve and Nancy were together. Because Jessie was best friends with Nancy they hung around a lot together.

HAWKINS, INDIANA where kids roam the streets freely, either playing games of basketball, or road hockey, racing to see who was the fastest, playing tag or biking around.
Every neighbourhood mom knows every child that plays with their children. Or when the kids know when to go back inside once the street lights are on.
The crimes in Hawkins have been low since 1959. It drove a lot of new families and new people into this boring town. Because the only things that happen in Hawkins now are teenagers vandalizing buildings and loud parties with underage drinking or someone trying to rob a gas station for a pack of cigarettes or a six-pack. It made the Chief of Hawkins Police Jim Hopper's job easier and boring it wasn't till a 𝖬𝗈𝗇𝖽𝖺𝗒 night 𝗈𝗇 𝖭𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗆𝖻𝖾𝗋 6𝗍𝗁, 1983. Everything went downhill in the small town of Hawkins when people's children went missing. And mysterious things that happen in the town.

Jessie Harrington sat in the room of Nancy Wheeler's room laughing and gossiping with the three of her best friends with music playing quietly in the background until Ms. Wheeler disturbed them.
"JESSIE YOUR PARENTS ARE ON THE PHONE" Ms.Wheeler shouted from downstairs interrupting their conversation. Jessie rolled her eyes and she sighed as she got up from Nancy's bed.
"Well, they found me" Jessie mumbled as she lazily grabbed her green coat from Nancy's chair.
"Why can't you tell them where you are?" Barb asked her, Jessie Stared at the three girls that were on Nancy's bed.
