It was Abhi's parents death anniversary. Every year, this day, he will detach himself from the entire world and go for a drive near the woods where that accident took place. He even bought a farm house near the place, in order to stay there whenever he feels restless.
Neil and his maa knew about this behavior . It was not just his parent's death day but also his birthday but they will leave him alone this day. His phone will be switched off and it will be just him and his memories there because Abhi doesn't like to celebrate his birthdays ; not after that fatal accident.
It was raining heavily and Abhi was looking out of his window aimlessly.
Why? Why did you leave me alone ma? And papa, you promised me that you will be there for me all the time but you broke your promise papa.
A drop of tear escaped from his left eye. It was then he noticed a familiar car on the road side. A thin girl came out from the car and opened the bonnet.
"Akshu?"
What is she doing here?
Abhi immediately went out, taking an umbrella and opened the gate. He crossed the road and stood in front of her , in such a way that she is under the umbrella.

"Abhi? What are you doing here?" she was amused with his sudden appearance.
"What happened?"
"I think there is something wrong! This car is not restarting. I tried a lot."
"Lock it and come inside. It's raining cats and dogs." Abhi said loudly as it was raining heavily.
Akshu nodded and locked the car. Both of them went inside the farm house.
"So now tell me, what are you doing here Akshu? At a place which is far away from the city."
"Maa called me this morning. You know that there is an orphanage near by right? She know the place personally. She wanted me to visit the place and give a donation to the in-charge personally. They are having an emergency it seems. But as soon as I left the place, rain started and my car got struck here!
Thank God I found you. Otherwise things would have been so difficult."
"You are wet. Come let's sit near the hearth for a while."
Akshu nodded and went towards the direction of fireplace. Meanwhile Abhi went to change and bought a towel for Akshu to wrap.
When he came back he saw that Akshu was shivering due to cold. He went near to her and without saying a word, he wrapped her in the towel.
Akshu was stunned with his sudden action. But Abhi just went on to sit opposite to the fire. He was busy looking at the flames and avoided any kind of eye contact with her.
She felt like Abhi is trying to avoid her.
Why is he behaving so strangely today? Is he trying to avoid me?
