I was peddling as fast as I could while Devon was next to me i could feel breeze through my curls we were leaving from lexi's house. I put my foot against the road hitting the break on my handle bar Devon dose aswell.

"You know I'm surprised how well you and Lexi have been getting" Devon's says I turn my head to him "hah funny me and Lexi can't be friends" I defend myself I don't like Lexi never will.

"Your cool Jake I don't get what all the hate you get is about" he smiles "I- whattt psh I'm not that cool I'm just me" i peak a smile through my face "that's the thing I like about you are your self" "I guess I am a little bit but that doesn't matter" he looks at me genuine we get close together it feels hot I almost wanted to kiss him but I opened my arms and so did he we hugged tightly in that moment I wanted to scream.

My eyes focused on each star and each sound I hear even the pattering rain drops hit our window. I lean against the chair's back putting my knees up to my face I feel tears drop down my face. I look at the clock and then back at the sky but nothing changes me or my attitude.

"You know you should be getting sleep right" I hear from behind I quickly get out the chair looking behind me it was chucky short red head doll he wore the same shit I could feel shaking in my legs "get the fuck away from me!" I shout "what's wrong with you?" He ask my eye brows raise I felt more furious then before "what do you mean what's wrong? WHATS WRONG IS THAT you killed people you killed some of my classmates you almost killed our parents!" I declare.

"What the hell is going on" Devon ask reaching to turn on our desk light "look chucky!" I point towards him Devon looks where I'm pointing then looks back confused.
"Jake that's Nadine.." my arm drops.

"Jake it's okay" Devon says trying to make me feel better I probably scared Nadine and now I'm on edge "no it's not! If I'm on edge it throws us off" I protest covering my face with my hands I just felt like screaming.

"Jake.. it's fine but now I'm worried about you do you not feel safe, is there someone after you? And should we tell the police"
Nadine rambles sitting on the floor fidgeting with her fingers.

"No the police won't do shit" her eyebrow raises up "what do you mean?" "We'll explain at breakfast" she nods getting up and leaving through the window. I plop on my back against the wall "how the fuck do we explain that shit to her Jake?" "We'll figure it out tomorrow." I say pissed "tomorrow? You just told her about a killer doll?!" He declares.

"I don't know what to tell you" I grit my teeth "Jake I don't get why you're acting so werid but you need to pull your shit together!" I look at him dead in the eye before look away "whatever" I roll my eyes getting up and going back to my I don't bother putting sheets on I just stare at the door.

I walk to our table as Devon was already there and so was Nadine and Lexi. I wanted to turn away but couldn't I walk up to the table grabbing a seat next to Devon. Akward silence is at the table silver wear clashing on dishes and the faint talk of others I put my hands up to my face.

"So Lexi told me everything" Nadine says I look up back at them she nudges her "not everything everything just some things" she creeps a smile I suck in my teeth looking at Devon. "Good I don't have to explain" I get up grabbing my bag "your leaving early" Devon says with tone "yeah I'm hanging out with Sam for breakfast" I roll my eye's  "oh and Nadine don't tell anyone please" I walk away from the table.

I see Samuel I decide to walk up to him sitting right next to him "oh hey jake!.." he smiles closing his book "you don't have to act like you're not mad" I say his smile fades "im not mad at it" he says with attitude I roll my eyes before getting up "you clearly are?" He scoffs "no Jake I'm not i don't want us to be awkward from that!" He grabs his bag leaving.

"What's that about" I hear behind me I turn to see a girl with brown hair and a blonde high light In the front section a long skirt along with a side bag and she has an awkward Posture. I actually can remember her she said her name was Alexis she had dirt on Trevor.

"So what was it about?" She says again my thoughts stop clicking to reality "uh nothing just it's- uh private"I say putting on a fake smile "mhm tell me" she crosses her arms demanding. I scoff "why should I?" I defend her eyebrow raises I give in I don't want anymore smart comments.

"Jake can I talk to you like seriously though?" Samuel ask my eyebrows raise and lower "uh sure" I move my back giving him space to sit down "I'll cut to the chase I like you" it felt like I way gonna choke on air I hold in my breath he frowns.

"Sorry I- uhm don't feel that connection with you I've always had eyes for someone else" I admit I don't know if it was swear or tears but it wasn't the best. "Oh!" He smiles clearly fake "it's cool im- it's ok!" He lifts up his thumb after picking up his bag he leaves the libary.

"I tried making things up with him but he's clearly mad" she tilts her head frowning i try look back but she stops me "it's not you it's him" she points her pupils behind me I slowly turn and see a boy in our uniform staring who then runs off.

"Who's he?" I ask "my nemesis" she crosses her arms around her "anyways if you don't like him and he's mad about that then You shouldn't be friends he won't let go" she says I nod my head leaning against the book case. "You should get to your class" she points at a clock above the arch of the library I wave goodbye running my dear life to study hall.

I look for Alexis I decide to ditch the group today I find Alexis sit down at an empty table "boo!" I shout in her ear "sit down" she demands I listen sitting in the seat next to her putting down my bag "so I want to know more about this nemesis" she side eyes me and sucks in her teeth "stay out of it" she says "you don't stay out of my business it's only fair".

She rolls her eyes "fine his name is ayden his nickname is Aj, I use to be close with him when I first got here but to shorten it that bond never lasted now me and him have a war im waiting for the right moment to pay him back" she smirks I have a confused face "why?" I ask She groans looking at me.

"He just wasn't good for me he did shitty stuff" I leave it alone i know how it feels to have shit happen and not wanna speak about it. I get up from my seat grabbing my bag "where you going," she ask "giving you space" I respond leaving I could feel her stare.

[At night]
I throw the towel on the chair as water drips from my hair strands onto my shirt I grab my art book and decide to start drawing a type of sea creature i end up drawing a merman as I was adding in little details the door shut I turn to see Devon walking in.

"Hey can we talk?" He ask I shrug closing my art book "why are we even mad at each other" he says I scoff "Jake pull your shit together,jAke your actInG weriddd" I mock his words from last night. "Jake I was just upset" he says "ok?" I say turning back around "I'm allowed to be mad Jake?!" He shouts "so am I! SO AM I! I am tired I can't catch a break everyone thinks I'm fucking werid my dad hates me and now you..I just can't!" I complain he walks over to me placing his hands on my shoulder.

"I don't want us to be angry at each other and I'm sorry im really sorry" he says in my ear i peak a smile "me to" I say turning around me and him lock eyes "can we just keep everything a secret from now on" he ask I nod agreeing he pull me in for a kiss as our lips press together connecting it was passionate when he finally pulls away I gasp for air he smiles at me.

I get up turning off my light and I lay in bed a couple minutes go by and I start closing my eyes.

Sorry this is so short but uhm happy valentines day I'm writing a special for tomorrow it might be short but yk.
