Devon shouts In confusion I nod turning to jake. His frown was deep it made me sad he did see her as a sister.

"I just don't get why she wouldn't tell you?"

Jake says I wondered about that to I even asked the teachers they wouldn't give me an answer i still don't get it.

The bell rings I pack my bag and grab the tray.

"Let's just enjoy our last two days together"

Devon said slightly depressed it made me sad the more we talked about it the more I wanted to lay flat on the ground.

These months have been nothing but freedom for us but at the same time hell so it's hard to miss and hate this place.

My nails dig deeper into my legs my eyes fill with water. I don't understand my legs shaking I can't understand I won't understand because I can't let go.

She was my everything and now she's gone I just need space time something get me away from here.

I rub my eyes hard to wipe away the tears but they rush back the only thing I do is lay flat on my bed hoping to fuse with it.

It was only Monday and yet I can't pull it together. I decide to call in sick just for today I won't be able to pull through I can't.

For the rest of the day I shall lay on Nadine's bed and not get up. Unless I use the restroom this is now my home.

I'll cry my heart out until nothing's left and I'll grieve until I feel true happiness.

Class went smooth today their doing a bunch of summer activities. Which seems fun I can't tell if it's not or if it is regardless it's fun to them.

"Jake!"

I turn behind to see Devon running to me.

"Hey!"

I wave as he stops In front of me out of breath. I smile as he slowly looks up at me.

"Sooo what's up?"

"A movie!"

He says out of the blue.

"Huh?"

"Sorry...uh do you?"

"Wanna see a movie once we get out?"

My eyes widen my cheeks flush red he smirks while I smile hard.

"YEAH!"

He looks at me smiling I just release my energy.

I couldn't feel happier my cheeks just got red deeply. He grabs my wrist pulling me into the libary.

"What's going on?"

I ask as he just smiles nobody was even in here.
