A new day began as the sun rose into the sky. Solas was the first to awaken as she stretched and opened her eyes as she sat up "I needed that." She mentally told herself before she left the bed she shared with her parents. She went to the table and jumped onto it to grab one of the fruits from the basket and went to the chair she sat on last night before eating the fruit.
Solas looked out the window as she remembered her conversation with her father "This is going to be an interesting day." She thought before she saw Rel waking up, still at the table. Solas decided to use her new ability and speak to him "Good morning, Rel." she greeted him telepathically, which made him jump slightly "So it wasn't a dream?" he asked as he focused his yellow tinted eyes on Solas through the window. "No, it wasn't a dream. Turns out this ability is something that my grandfather can do, and I might've gotten it from my father as he has some of my grandfather's light within him." Solas explained to Rel, who was a bit surprised.
"I didn't know that." Rel replied "I didn't either until my father told me." She told Rel.
Solas soon heard the voice of her father "Morning Solas. I wasn't expecting you to be up before me." Ori greeted her. "I Wasn't either." Solas replied, still looking at Rel through the window. Ori knew who Solas was looking at "You're looking at Rel, aren't you?" he asked as he got a fruit. Solas nodded "Yeah. I was even speaking to him before you woke up." Solas said to Ori "I shouldn't distract you then. Have fun talking with your boyfriend." Ori jokingly said, which made Solas blush a deep royal green "Dad!" she lightly yelled out of embarrassment as she covered her face with her paws.
"Sorry, couldn't help it. I'll let you two be now." Ori apologized for his joke and left the hut.
Once Ori left the hut, he felt the morning air brush through his fur as he took in the air while eating the fruit he got.
Multiple minutes pass as Ori heard the voice of Orin "Morning, Ori. Rel has told me something that I would like to tell you." Orin greeted Ori. "Morning. What is it that you would want to tell me?" Ori greeted back before asking "Well he told me that he has feelings for Solas. It surprised me a little, but I'm happy for Rel." Orin told Ori, who had a smile. "Wow. What a coincidence. Solas told me that she has feelings for Rel last night." Ori told Orin, who was surprised.
"Wasn't expecting that." Orin said. It wasn't long before both Solas and Rel left their huts and reunited with each other before playing their usual games.
Both Sein and Lora soon exited their huts. "Good morning, Ori and Orin." Sein greeted them before both Sein and Lora saw the smiles on Ori and Orin's faces "What made you two happy?" Lora asked. Ori and Orin soon told them the feelings that Solas and Rel have for one another, which made both Sein and Lora surprised before it turned to happiness. "Wow. That makes me happy knowing Solas has someone that she loves." Sein said with a smile "Same for Rel. It makes me happy for him." Lora said with the same smile.
Orin soon had an idea "We should introduce Rel to Seir." He said to the other three "Sounds like a great idea, Orin." Lora said.
Orin soon asked Rel if he wanted to see Seir before he nodded curiously. Solas heard what Orin asked Rel and wanted to come too "We can take you. Besides, Rel might feel a bit lonely without his friend." Ori joked, which made both Solas and Rel blush before she covered her face again. "Why, dad?" she asked Ori telepathically "Because I'm happy that you have someone to love." Ori telepathically replied to Solas, who only blushed more.
They all began to head to where Seir resided.
An hour passed as they made it to where Seir was as they came to the sprout "Good morning." Seir greeted them before she saw Rel. "Oh, who's this?" Seir asked "This is our son, Rel." Orin said, referring to him and Lora "Rel. A nice name for him." Seir said "Thanks. Lora came up with it." Orin told Seir.
While the five spirits were talking with Seir, Solas was sitting on the grass in thought "How do I tell him?" she thought before she heard her mother's voice. "Everything ok, Solas?" Sein asked "Yeah. Just in thought." Solas replied. Sein knew what Solas was thinking about, so she sat down next to her "You're thinking about how to tell Rel about your feelings, aren't you?" Sein asked, which surprised Solas as she blushed. "H-how do you k-know about th-that?" Solas asked, stuttering "Your father told me. Its ok to be honest with your feelings, Solas." Sein softly told her daughter "But I don't know how to tell him, though." Solas told her mother "The answer will come in time, Solas." Sein told Solas.
Solas decided to see if her mother knew about her new ability "Do you also know about my new ability, mum?" Solas asked Sein "No. What is this new ability?" Sein asked. "It's an ability that came from my grandfather, it's the ability to speak to spirits telepathically." Solas told her mother. Sein was slightly surprised "It must've been from Ori, he does have your grandfather's light within him." Sein said in thought "That's what dad thought as well." Solas replied.
A few Hours passed as the spirits decided to head back to the Glades so, they bid their farewells and headed back to the Glades, and they all hung out while Solas and Rel played games for the rest of the day.
