Epilogue

Many years passed since Niwen had been saved. The sprout that Seir was housed in grew into a tall and heathy spirit tree thanks to the moki as they would give it water. The decay in Niwen had been pushed back making Niwen safer to traverse through.

At the Luma pools, Solas and Rel, now adults as they were now as tall as their parents, were hanging out with each other like they usually did every day. They were both taking in the sight of all the beauty in Luma pools while in thought, both thinking about the same thing. They were thinking on how to tell each other about their feelings over the many years that passed "Many years passed, and I still don't know how to tell him. Still, I won't give up." Solas mentally told herself.

She soon felt something wrap around her tail she turned to look and saw Rel's light yellow tipped tail intertwined with hers. Solas blushed a deep royal green as she looked away as both Ori and Sein, her parents, told her what it means when this happens. "Does he know what this action means?!" she mentally asked herself, getting more flustered every second that passed. Solas decided to use her telepathy ability that she named 'mind link' before she heard Rel say in his head "I hope this tells her how I feel." Rel told himself, which made Solas wide eyed as she blushed deeper more than she thought she could.

Minutes pass as Solas decided to speak to Rel "Can I ask. Do you know what that action means?" she asked him, still looking away. Rel looked at Solas, who was still extremely flustered about Rel's action "Yeah, my parents told me what it means." Rel told Solas "So... you love me?" Solas asked, finally looking at Rel, who had a deep blush on his cheeks.

Rel knew it was now or never, so he moved closer to Solas and placed her paw in his "Yes, I do Solas. I began to feel this way two weeks after I formed." Rel confessed his love for her.

Solas was stunned to say the least "He loves me, too." she thought before a smile crept on her face. Rel saw the smile on Solas' face "Does that mean-" Rel was cut off by Solas "That I love you, too? Yes, it does!" Solas happily told him before she wrapped her arms around him and pressed her face to his as their lips connected.

Rel was caught off guard by this but soon eased into the kiss as he closed his eyes and began to kiss back.

While Solas and Rel were having their moment, four spirits were watching from afar. These spirits were none other than Ori, Sein, Orin, and Lora as they all had smiles on their faces. "It finally happened!" Sein said, unable to contain her happiness "Yeah, it has." Ori said more calmly than Sein. "I wonder where this'll go next." Orin wondered "It might grow into something special." Lora said. The other three knew what Lora meant "It might. Guess time will tell." Ori said, still smiling.

The four decided to head back to the Glades and leave both Solas and Rel to have the day to themselves as it was a special day for them.

The four returned to the Glades and decided to give Solas and Rel a gift "How about we give them something to congratulate them with." Ori suggested to the three "That sounds like a great idea, Ori. But with what, though?" Sein asked. Ori thought for a moment as he looked around and got an idea "How about a hut?" he suggested "Well, it would make sense since they're together now." Orin said, referring to Solas and Rel.

It was then decided that the four would build a hut for Solas and Rel.

Night approached as the hut was completed. "And that should do it." Ori said while holding a small hammer made of light "I think they'll love it." Sein said with a smile.

The four noticed the darkening sky as they looked up "They should be on their way back now." Orin told the other three. It wasn't long before they saw Solas and Rel, they had big smiles on their faces as they held each other's paw "There they are." Lora said, which caught the attention of both Solas and Rel "Oh hi. We have something to tell you." Rel said to them "We already know, Rel. You and Solas are together, we saw everything." Ori explained to Rel and Solas, who began to blush slightly. "You saw that?" Solas spoke, a little embarrassed "Yep and we couldn't be happier. We built something for you two as to congratulate you ." Sein said, hinting at the newly built hut.
