I was shocked with Morticia's unusual reaction earlier that I was not able to react immediately. She was protecting her brother as if I was going to hurt him. Even Jack was shocked with hiw she reacted... well, I think everyone was shocked.

I really thought Morticia was just like a dumb puppy who will follow you without any questions asked. But the Morticia I saw earlier wasn't the same dumb puppy I initially knew. She was like a wolf. An alpha who's ready to devour those who she sees as a threat to her pack.

"Grabe naman pala itong si Tish. Akala ko talaga sasakmalin na niya kanina si Boss sa sama ng pagkakatingin niya." I heard Rico say.

We're just waiting for Jack and Andres to arrive para masimulan na 'yung meeting namin. There will be an upcoming party na dadaluhan ng ilang mga arms dealer, drug dealer and even some human trafficker.

But the main reason why I'll be going to that godforsaken party is because of Kang MinHyuk, a South Korean gangster who has many connections with the Chinese and Japanese yakuza.

I remember that he was one of Dad's friends and I think he'll be a good source of information and he could introduce me to some good business leaders, especially ngayong gusto kong magkaroon na din ng mga connections here in Asia.

"Jack didn't find anything wrong with her and her family. And if Morticia did find out something about us, it won't even matter. She'll be long dead before she spill our secret." I said.

They stared at me like I said something wrong.

"Hindi mo man lang ba susubukang suhulan muna 'yung tao? Patay kaagad?" Kuya Hernan asked.

"Oo nga, Boss. Alalahanin mo, may utang na loob ka kaya sa kanila." Jeric added.

I looked at Sam, waiting for his reaction.

"Tish is a good woman, Boss. She deserves to be treated in a better way, especially from you." he said.

I was confused. Why do I need to treat her better? Kinakawawa ko ba siya?

"I know what happened yesterday and what happened this morning between you and Tish. Vee told me." he said.

I really should put a big zipper on that big mouth of my sister.

"Bakit? Anyare kina Tish at Boss?" Rico asked.

"It's nothing. Just minor things." I said to dismiss their growing curiousity.
