- Emmeline's Pov -
The minister flicks his wand, and the parchment spreads out among the court officials, but none came to us since we are just witnesses to the case. I watch as everyone reads, and Harry tries to shout to get everyone's attention, which failed, of course, because his shouts are silenced. I lean into Draco's side, waiting for things to be said, and he wraps his arm around my waist, placing his hand on my stomach. It doesn't take long for multiple gasps to be heard and for people to look at Snape wide-eyed, which makes me worry. I know whatever is on those pieces of parchment doesn't just have something to do with me it has something to do with Snape, too. Something didn't feel right, and i have no idea what it is, but i know i will find out why i have this feeling soon. It didn't take long for everyone to finish reading the parchments in front of them and look at Harry with anger in their eyes. The whole room was dead silent while they continued to stare at Harry, and i honestly wished i had some snacks right now.
"The first crime you committed was numerous successful and unsuccessful attacks on Miss Weasley during her time at Hogwarts. Many of those attacks have left her with some permanent scarring. Those attacks may have been blind sided by Dumbledore but not us." The minister started still looking angry.
"I told that old coot to do something, but he had to favour Harry." Dad mumbled behind me
"The second crime you committed was using a Polyjuice Potion on an unwilling student which you later killed that student was Hermione Granger to kidnapped Mr Snape. We have found out that these actions of yours were down to what you found in your family vault." The minister continued
"He killer Hermione!!" Ron yelled with tears in his eyes
"How could you, Harry!" Ginny yelled with tears in her eyes, too
"She found out what i was going to do, and i couldn't have her ruin everything. So she had to be disposed of." He said like it wasn't a big deal
"She was our friend Harry!" Ron yelled angrily
"Mr Weasley, calm yourself." A court official said softly
"Wait, Potter found something?" Snape asked, crossing his arms
"What did he find?" I asked curiously
"He found Mr. James Potters diary, which held some information about you, my dear." Another court official said, making me look at the minister wide-eyed
"It was about me being your father, Emmeline." Snape said softly
"What was in that diary." I said coldly, not liking any of this
"My father kidnapped my mother from Snape, but one thing my father didn't know is my mother was pregnant with Snapes child. He found out when my mother had me because the parchment showed i was the second born of Lily Evens neè Potter. He was furious and tried to find this so-called Daisy Snape but couldn't find anything." Harry said, surprising all of us since he was under a silencing spell
"Excuse me, what did you just say?" I said in complete shock
"You're my half sister! I fell in love with my own half fucking sister!" Harry yelled pulling in the chains
"I think im going to be sick." I said feeling vomit rise up my throat
"Here my dear." Narcissa said placing a bucket on my lap
"You are sick Potter, why would you want your own half sister like that." Draco said rubbing his hand up and down my back
"Because i love her! I want her to be mine in every single way!" He yelled again, and hearing him say that made me throw up in the bucket
"Get it all out, my flower." Draco said, rubbing my back
"Is she okay, Draco?" George asked worriedly
"I'm okay." I said, leaning back
"Moving on, the third and final crime you committed was using illegal spells to torture Mr Snape, who you held captive. For these crimes, i have decided for your crimes you be sentenced to the dementors' kiss tonight at sundown." The minister said angrily
"No! You meant to be putting Draco on trial for stealing my mate." Harry snapped out, struggling to get out the chains
"Let's get this straight, Potter. I'm not you mate for merlins sake! I'm your half-sister! I will forever be Draco Malfoy's mate and the mother to his children. You mean nothing to me after everything you have done." I said coldly, trying not to throw up again
"Let's get you home, dear. You need to get rest, and i think all of us need answers." Narcissa said, looking at Snape
"You're right. We do need answers." Fred said, glaring at mum and dad who looked down
"Fred, lose the glare. We are not doing this here." I said, and he stopped instantly
"But -"
"No, but George! We will not do this here when it is a private matter!" I snapped angrily
"Don't mess with a hormonal witch." Somone said amusingly
"And you stop listening into people's conversations." I said back, not knowing who said it
"Right, everyone, let's leave before Emmeline decides to show someone why they shouldn't mess with her." Mum said, sounding sightly amused
"You guys go first, me and Draco will escort Emmeline back." Snape said softly
"We will see you at your house, princess." Dad said just as softly
"See you there." I said with a small smile
I watch all of them walk out the courtroom talking among themselves, then i watch Harry being dragged out as he kicks and screams for them not to let Draco win like this. I wanted to curse his ass to the moon and back for everything he has done, but i glad he is going to get a worse punishment than a few curses. Once he was gone, Draco and Snape helped me up out of my seat and loop my arms with theirs, then walk me out the courtroom with Flora yet again in front of us like a guard dog.
"Are you ready to know the truth, Emmeline?" Snape asked worriedly
"I'm ready, Snape." I said softly
"Please don't hate me. You can be angry and curse me, but please don't hate me." He pleaded, shocking me and Draco
"I will never hate you, Snape. Never." I said sternly
