- Chapter 10: Sounds like a plan. -

- Emmeline's Pov -

I rush around trying to finish getting myself ready because today is the day i'm having my first date with Draco, and he will be here soon. I didn't have any pre warning thanks to Draco sending his patronus here to tell me he is picking me up for our date in an hour. To top it off, Bill isn't here yet, and he is meant to be here to watch Flora for me while i'm out because she can't be trusted by herself. Suddenly, i hear someone come through the fireplace, and Flora doesn't growl, so it means the person that is here is either Bill or Draco. I hope to merlin it's Bill because i'm not ready yet, i need to braid my hair and put my shoes on!. I turn around just in time to see Bill sit down on the couch and Flora sit by his feet with her tounge out dribbling all over my floor.

I shake my head at Bill as he starts fussing up Flora, making her dribble even more, and i hope he cleans that up before i come home. I pick my shoes up off the floor by the door and put them on, knowing Draco will be here any minute. I can't wait to see what he has planned for us because he strangely asked me to pack an overnight bag and get not forget it when he picks me up. I go to the kitchen and take the food i cooked for Bill out of the oven and place it on the couter out of Floras' reach, not wanting her to eat it. Then i go back to the living while braiding my hair, and just as i finish my hair and grab my overnight bag, i hear Draco come through the fireplace.

"Flower, are you ready to go?" He asked, walking over to me

"Yes, Bill, do you need me to tell you where everything is?" I asked Bill as i feel Draco wrap his arms around my waist

"No need to, sister, go and enjoy your night. If i need anything, i will find it or us a spell." He said, waving me off

"Okay, just make sure you keep an eye on Flora. She will try to get outside to find me." I warned him

"I understand how to look after someone's familiar Emmeline, just go and enjoy your date." He said, giving me a stern look

"Okay, okay, if anything goes wrong, then send a patronus to mum." I said, knowing he won't get me if something is wrong

"Will do!" He said, giving me a thumbs up

"You sure you're ready this time flower?" Draco asked, smirking down at me

"Yes, i'm sure." I said, blushing

"Then hold on tight because we will be apparating there. Don't worry, i know where we are going." He said softly

"I trust you, Draco." I said as i turned around and wrapped my arms around his waist

"Have fun, kids, but not too much fun!" Bill said, winking at us, which makes me blush more

Before he could say anything else to embarrass me, Draco apparates us out of my house. I snuggle into Draco's chest as we float around in nothing but blackness, which is something i hate about apparition. It makes me feel uneasy because anything could happen while travelling like this, and you wouldn't know till you got to your destination. I only travel like this in emergencies or in a last resort, which hardly ever happens, thank merlin. Seconds later, i feel my feet connect back onto the ground, and i see we are surrounded by nothing but trees.

I unwrap my arms from around Draco to look behind me, and that's when i see a cute tent behind us with a fire alight in front of it. This is the perfect first date for me because i love being around nature, but how did he know i would live this?. He must have talked to mum about this because there is no way he could have know i like nataure without talking to mum. I don't think whatever he has planned next can beat this because this is just so amazing. I see Draco looking at me nervously in the corner of my eye, and i don't know why he is nervous. He has done such an amazing job!.

"Is this okay? Your mum said you like being surrounded by nature, so i wanted our first date to be where you feel more comfortable." Draco aaod nervously as he scratched his head

"I love it, Draco! You shouldn't have done all this just for me!" I said in shock

"I would do anything for you, my flower. I would have done so much more for you." He said as he stood behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist

"You didn't need to do more. This is perfect just the way it is." I said, leaning back into his chest

"I think it will be more perfect if we cuddle in front of the fire while i feed you some chocolate covered strawberries." He said, resting his head on the top of my head

"Sounds like a plan." I said, blushing

I squeal when he suddenly picks me up bridle style, then walks over to the fire, and layed down on the rug next to the fire. He places me on top of him and starts to feed me strawberry after strawberry while looking at me lovingly. I couldn't help but blush every time i bit into a strawberry because Draco would lick his lips while looking at my own lips. He has this unusual look in his eyes that makes me clench my thighs together because those eyes have this dominating vibe coming of them. I think he knows what effect he is having on me since he is doing it a lot more now, and if i keep clenching my thighs together, i might get a cramp!
