Mr. Jeon informed Y/n to start her job from tomorrow, detailing Jungkook's daily schedule and her responsibilities. She listened attentively, making a mental note of everything to ensure she wouldn't forget.

However, a lingering worry gnawed at her-Ronwoo. The little boy had grown so attached to her that he barely listened to anyone else. The thought of being away from him made her uneasy. But she reassured herself-whenever she found time, she would visit him. After all, she had grown just as attached to him. His soft smile and adorable antics always melted her heart.

Next Day

The birds chirped loudly outside, their melodies blending with the soft rustling of leaves in the morning breeze. The sky was painted in delicate hues of pink and gold as the sun slowly ascended, casting a warm glow over the city. Golden rays spilled through the windows, illuminating the streets that had just begun to stir with life. The distant hum of traffic and murmurs of early risers added to the symphony of a new day.

Amidst this peaceful morning, an intrusive beeping sound shattered the silence, echoing sharply through the dimly lit bedroom. The alarm clock's relentless ringing pierced the air, reaching the ears of the girl curled up in bed. A frustrated groan escaped her lips as she buried her face deeper into the pillow, desperately trying to ignore the noise.

Her eyelids felt heavy, weighed down by exhaustion, and her body screamed for just a little more sleep. But, of course, that was impossible-thanks to Jeon Jungkook and his ridiculously early schedule.

"Who the hell wakes up this early?" she grumbled under her breath, voice husky from sleep.

With a sigh of resignation, she forced her eyes open, blinking away the drowsiness as she lazily turned to glance at the alarm clock. The bright numbers glared back at her mockingly, reminding her that she had no choice but to get up.

Dragging herself out of bed, she stretched with a yawn, her limbs still sluggish from sleep. It was only the first day, and Jeon Jungkook had already robbed her of her peace. God knows what awaited her next.

After finishing her morning routine, Y/N took one last glance at herself in the mirror, ensuring she looked presentable for the day ahead. She smoothed out any creases on her outfit, adjusted her hair, and exhaled deeply. Today was important, and though excitement buzzed within her, there was also an undeniable nervousness lingering in her chest.

As she stepped out of her room and made her way downstairs, a wide smile unknowingly formed on her face. The sight before her was one she cherished every morning-her parents being all lovey-dovey, lost in their little world of affection. Mr. Shin was standing in the kitchen, pretending to help while Mrs. Shin lovingly scolded him for making a mess instead. Their laughter filled the house, wrapping it in a warmth that made Y/N feel blessed beyond words.

Her heart swelled with gratitude. No matter what happened in life, this-this warmth, this love-was her safe place.

"Good morning, lovelies!" she called out cheerfully, her voice breaking their little moment.

Her parents turned to her, their faces instantly lighting up. "Good morning, sweetheart!" they greeted in unison, their tone filled with affection.

Y/N wasted no time in stepping forward and wrapping them both in a warm hug, her smile widening at their familiar embrace.

"You got up early today! Any specific reason?" Mr. Shin asked, raising an eyebrow as he pulled back slightly to observe her.

His question made Y/N's smile falter for a brief moment. Right-they didn't know about her new job yet.
