it was later that evening and billie was about to leave finneas' house.
'do you wanna stay for dinner or something? claud's making spaghetti.' finneas asked billie as she picked up her bag and held it by the handle.
her phone pinged as she was about to reply. 'hold on a sec.' she told her brother while looking at the message.
aria can i take you to dinner, on me?
billie looked up at finneas, who was waiting for an answer.
'aria's just asked me to dinner with her,' she murmured, showing him the text.
'weird coincidence, i think you should go with her. your always welcome for food here anyway, so it doesn't matter.' he replied, his eyebrows raised.
'uh, yeah. sure, ill make up for it another time.' billie stuttered, feeling excited and scared about seeing aria again.
'well go on then, go and get yourself ready.' finneas said with a half hearted laugh as billie nodded and advanced towards the door.
'see you fin,' billie waved and slipped out of the room, heading to her car to get home and get ready.
'shit, i forgot to reply-' she fumbled in her pocket for her phone.

——————————————————————— billie started her car with a smile on her face, she was looking forward to seeing aria so much.
within 10 minutes she was back at her apartment and walking through the door. she let out a small sigh as she put her bag on the kitchen counter and walked to her bedroom, stressing about what she would wear.
she was still thinking whilst walking to her wardrobe, where she began to flick through her clothes. She smiled to herself after finding the perfect thing to wear. it was a corset that was lightly ruffled at the top, it was a bit revealing but she was convinced that made it look better and so she tried it on. she felt really happy with it, and put a small, short black skirt on with it. she then dug through her sock drawer and found her pretty black floral patterned tights and long black leg warmers. she tried it all on and got a huge confidence boost purely because she thought she looked really good. finding the right jewellery to wear with her outfit was easy, she chose two necklaces and layered her fingers with numerous chunky dark silver rings. for earrings, she found some dark silver Versace branded snake hoops which went with the theme of her outfit. ———————————————————————————

after doing some simple makeup, (mascara, concealer under her eyes and on her chin, light blush and highlighter on her nose) she checked the time. 7:11, crossroads was a 20 minute drive. billie figured that she should leave soon, and went on tiktok for 10 minutes before leaving her apartment.
