I pause. So young? And he already has a godson? Since practically we're married in wizarding law... would that mean...

"Who's his actual father?"

"Remus."

My jaw fell.

"The... the werewolf?!"

He nods, his bedhair looking silly and messy.

"Yes. He was Sirius Black's lo-"

He stops himself.

"Sirius Black's bestfriend."

This is so confusing. One Black to another this story keeps twisting.

"He married Tonks?"

He thinks for a bit.

"No. I mean... yeah, for a bit. Then they divorced. It was a mutual decision."

I nod. I refrain from asking the reason why they divorced. I still have many questions to ask him.

"I assume Tonks lives alone. Why did you suddenly mention Sirius Black? The criminal."

He looks upset now. Almost angry. I could feel it. He tries to keep calm.

"Yes, Tonks lives alone with Teddy. And Sirius, he isn't and wasn't a criminal. He was wronged and sacrificed to the better of Hogwart's. Watch your mouth if you know nothing of the situation. He was my godfather."

Now that's why he was upset. I'm clearly living under a rock here. I didn't know any of this until he mentioned it. I know of Lupin and Black's passing. He must been through a lot.

"I see. I apologize. I'm not quite familiar with... this. Yes, I suppose we can visit your family."

I think about mine. My mother. It's quite empty in the manor isn't it? Perhaps it's best if I come and pay her a visit as well. While I usually stay in Hogwarts every break, father isn't here anymore. There's nothing to be afraid of to come home now.

"We'll visit my mother at the manor after we see your family. If you're... comfortable seeing the sight of it."

He looks a bit distraught by my mention of the manor.

"We will go. It's to make it up to you. Plus... I have to go to the Weasley's."

Now that, I cannot stand.

"What? No. I'm not going to tolerate Weasle-bee's family. It's out of the question."

I rolled my eyes. How can he even ask such things as that?

"Oh come on Malfoy please! I promise I'll do whatever it takes for you to agree!"

He scoots closer to me, crawling. He looks up to me with a look, and I can't help but melt. I huph.

"You're useless to me, Potter. I want nothing from you that can make me agree to this"

He looks saddened. He pouts. Are you kidding me? Pouting? I sigh. I finally give in. I can't stand him.

"Yes, yes, fine. But you'll have to complete the piled work. You haven't done Snape's, he'll be furious if you don't submit it in time. Plus the other Professor's assignments as well. I also do not want to spend the night there. We will visit then go to the manor."

It starts raining suddenly and he looks to me happily. My condition isn't even for me. It's for his betterment.

"It's a deal!"

He nods and went straight to work. I was still in my bed, sitting up and leaning onto the bedrest. I look to him tilt headed and see he's trying to understand the assignments. He looks at it confusedly and groans and it hasn't even been 2 minutes.

I sigh. He's hopeless. I suppose we shouldn't waste this beautiful day. I go over to him and touched on this back. He looks back.

"Yes?"

"Let's go and study elsewhere. I'll help you. You're seriously twat, Potter."

He smiles at me cheerfully.

We walk in the empty halls, the students in classes. Some professors has stopped us in the way and we always give the same excuse. All of them cared less so they let us go. We roam the school freely, looking for a place to rest the heavy books Harry's been carrying.

I glanced at him once in a while on our walk and everytime, I always find myself almost laughing. Endearingly. Looking at him in a soft way. I'm not supposed to feel this way. It's forbidden. We're just 2 people stuck together. Nothing more.

I found a corner, and it was perfect. No classes were near, so nobody will interrupt, the window had an excellent view, and it looks comfortable. I lead Harry the way by gently grabbing his arms to the window.

Then I help him by taking some of the books he was carrying and the relief he felt was so obvious by looking at his face. We put the books in the middle as we sat across each other.

"There's some subjects I saw that you might understand by yourself."

I pick up not more than 3 books and placed it infront of him.

"I'll help you with the other subjects after this. If you have problems understanding, that is."

I say again. He nods and went to work.

Harry's POV:

It's our 6th book. I'm getting sleepy. Malfoy explained everything of this book to me. Some I understand, the other, not at all. I sigh and leaned onto my hand as I read my essay from top to end. My eyes wander up to Malfoy, and I see him reading a book intently.

I assume it's his own, because I've never seen a book like that in my possession. I see his brow furrowing, his lips slightly pouting from concentrating. It reminded me of the times where we were actively fighting.

Now he can't even hurt me without hurting himself. I let the book drop to my lap as I sink in my palms, watching him. He looks up to my from his book eyes first. Then he turned his head on me.

"What are you doing? You still have a few left. Finish them."

He say, putting the book next to him.

"I'm tired. Can't we skip this?"

He sighs, taking the book back in his hands.

"Sure, sure... if you're not keen in visiting your family then yes, of course!"

He says sarcastically. I roll my eyes

"You are a cruel man."

He lowered his book from his face and revealed his grin.

"Aw, would you want a kiss on your cheek to award you for not finishing your easy task?"

Sarcastically. Again.

"Yeah. Maybe I do."
