𝐈𝐓 was Christmas Eve, and the Winchesters were having Christmas dinner with the Browns. They arrived at the large mansion, and pulled into the driveway. Dean parked the impala, turning off the ignition.
Sam and Dean were dressed in suits and ties, and Rebecca wore a green dress that accentuated her skin. It had 3/4 inch sleeves, and fell to just above the knee, and flats. She swept her brown hair away from her beautiful face.
They grabbed the gifts for the Brown's and walked up to the door and rang the doorbell. Adaline opened the door, in all her beauty and sophistication.
"Rebecca, Merry Christmas darling." Adaline smiled as she embraced the brunette.
"Merry Christmas to you as well." Rebecca smiled as she embraced the blonde. "Adaline, this is my father, Dean, and my uncle, Sam Winchester."
"Hello Sam and Dean." Adaline smiled as she embraced them both. "Welcome to our home. Please come inside."
"Thank you." Dean smiled
Adaline led the Winchesters inside and it was such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were decorated for Christmas. The blonde led Dean and Sam into the living room, but Rebecca noticed the spectacular paintings on the foyer wall. She saw Clark, Sam, and Dean walk into what she assumed was the private study.
"Merry Christmas Bec." Bobby said as he wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Merry Christmas, honey." Rebecca smiled. "These paintings are beautiful."
Bobby moved to stand beside her as the couple laced their fingers together. He absolutely loved the feeling of her hand in his, and he loved the way she looked when she looked at art, even though he never understood it.
"I've never understood art. I mean, I think it's great, but I just have never been able to understand it." Bobby said as he smiled at her
"Well, you have to see past the technique and the paint to understand the deeper meaning of it." Rebecca said gently as her face lit up. She then used her free hand, and gestured to the painting.
Rebecca used her free hand and gestured to the painting. "This piece for example, is about time, the way it rises and falls, rises and falls, races and slows, races and slows, or when you fall in love with someone, time stands still. Us human beings and all our gravity feel it. Some feel it more, some don't feel it at all." she explained with love in her voice, and Bobby couldn't help but smile at her.
"What?" Rebecca asked
"You're just amazing." Bobby said
Bobby gave her a gentle kiss. He led her into the den where he found his grandmother, Ruth Brown, an elegant, yet kind woman finishing her wrapping
