Sonic and Tails are sitting together, deep in thought and conversation.
SONIC: You know, Tails, I've been thinking a lot lately about our friends who are no longer with us.
TAILS: Yeah, it's tough to think about. I miss them all so much.
SONIC: Me too. It's hard to believe that they're gone. But you know what? We'll always have the memories we made with them.
TAILS: That's true. And we'll always have each other.
SONIC: Yeah, we will. You're always there for me, Tails. And I'm grateful for that.
TAILS: I'm always here for you, Sonic. You're my best friend.
