Ch5|Currency

Soobin patiently waited outside the building known as a bank or vault. His journey here led to many side eyes and glances but he paid no attention, he had more important things to deal with. His eyes, covered by his black blindfold, were still able to see through its translucent material. He stood tall and leaned against the smooth polished walls with his hands in the pockets of his black slacks waiting for Jungkook.

The said demon had previously left Soobin's home a few days ago because his job as a guard was calling and he couldn't really refuse either so now they were meeting here.

Soobin needed money. Everybody does because money is a source of survival. Other realms and creatures have different currency, for example; a special stone or shells. Currently, Soobin had no employment so he had no way of earning Limbo money except he was able to exchange Hell money for Limbo's which explains why the two demon brothers were planning to meet at the bank. Soobin has no idea on what to do while on the other hand his hyung had some experience.

After maybe a good 10-15 minutes of waiting, Jungkook was in sight. He earned some gasps and stares by the others waiting outside as he walked past because he was still in his guard uniform.

His dark hair was swept to the side, the grown out parts laid free next to his collar, his eyebrow piercing out in plain sight, his eyes still a bit red from his previous demon setting that appears when a demon is hunting or instincts are wild. His uniform was rather interesting though, the silver plates of it shaped perfectly around his chest, biceps down to his thighs and feet. It was lined with bits of gold, the symbol of Limbo engraved at the chest plate. Sure, it was totally not eye-catching.

"Yo! Soobin! You ready?" Jungkook was yelling even though he wasn't that far. Soobin slapped Jungkook away once he was close enough. Soobin almost wanted to summon a black hole and sink into it because of the amount of looks others were sending.

"I have been for ages you fucker." Soobin hissed, dragging Jungkook inside with his incomparable strength ignoring the taken back security guards inside. He brought Jungkook to the front counter where a nymph lady boringly stared into their eyes.

The nymph was rather pretty looking with a pale tone of yellow skin, ears pointed but shaped with multiple curves, her hair a notorious black Soobin would love to colour his room as but it was the grey eyes that showed nothing but boredom that immediately made him bring Jungkook in front of him.

"Well, hello there gorgeous." Jungkook winked and Soobin gagged before recomposing himself. The nymph though, seemed delighted, the heavy tension lifting. It smiled sweetly, (too sweet for Soobin's liking), through the glass that separated them.

"How can I help you handsome?" The nymph started curling her dark locks with her long fingers and Soobin tried to ignore the crack and dirt in her nails. He blocked out the conversation of flirts and questions Jungkook and the nymph shared and he took a view of the other employees. Surprisingly, there weren't just nymphs but other creatures he wasn't too familiar with. Before he could even analyse them even further, Jungkook dragged Soobin to one of the ATMs with the label 'HELL' for creatures of the said place, after saying a wet thank you to the nymph employee after an incredibly weird make out session.

"Can I remind you that you have a boyfriend?" Soobin poked his tongue through the inside of his cheeks, making it look like his dimple popped outwards. Jungkook gave a shit-eating grin, his own dimples surfacing before asking Soobin for his wallet.

"I do but Jimin and I, we sort of share an open relationship." Jungkook told him as he pressed buttons on the lit up screen of the ATM and the silver vertical plate of it opened up and Jungkook chucked everything in Soobin's wallet into it before the mouth shut closed. Soobin would be horrified that the machine swallowed his money if not for the fact he wasn't alone.

"Like non-monogamous?" Soobin asked quietly, knowing that the bank was dead silent other than the sounds of money whirring and key boards clacking. He watched the screen as it calculated the amount of money it should hand out and once it did, Soobin snatched it before Jungkook could, stuffing the bills into his wallet.

"Yeah and hand over your wallet you idiot, we're not done yet." Soobin frowned, reluctantly handing his wallet back to Jungkook. "I'm gonna set you up a card so sit down there and wait for your big bro." Jungkook pointed to a seat of cream before making his way back to the nymph from earlier. Soobin sighed, slouching in his seat with his arms crossed. Looks like he has no other choice but to wait like a dog.
