"You guys got into it again?" Mom asked.
"We always do and i'm getting so sick and tired of it, I should literally cut him off for good meaning not letting him really see his baby anymo-"
"You can't cut him off, that would be bogus of you to keep his child away from seeing him. Akilah shouldn't have to grow up without a Dad, Su. The best for you two to do is co-parent."
"I don't even enjoy seeing his face anymore like I used to." I rolled my eyes at the thought of him.
"I feel you but just do it for the sake of your baby." She said, making me sigh in defeat.

I then got done breast-feeding her, now taking the time to burp her.
Kevin suddenly came in the living room where we was while eating a bowl of cereal.
"Yu wanna talk about last night?" He asked, making me sigh.
"Kevin, please don't start-"
"Ian tryna start shit, i'm askin yu a simple question. Yes or no?" He smacked his lips.
"No." I answered, slight bouncing my baby up and down while softly burping her.
"Ight."
He then gone back to eating his cereal with his eyes fixated on the TV that played ATL.

Silence took over us with us being in our own world, ignoring each other for a little.
"She sleep, please don't wake her up." I tell him while placing her down gently on the couch.
"I ain't." He answered looking down at the knocked baby in awe silently.
