I ask too much,
I'm selfish and needy.
And as such,
I'm also very greedy.
Don't get too close,
I'll get attached.
If you can't take it,
We won't be matched.
Yes I'm possessive,
But not aggressive.
If you really need to, love,
You can fly like a dove.
I know I'm pathetic,
Everyone knows.
I'm reminded everyday,
Of how much it shows.
I'm sorry I can't share,
If I do you'll leave.
I'll lose weight when you don't care,
I'll hurl and I'll heave.
But maybe you should go,
I'm not worth it.
I won't tell you that when you say no,
I'll crumble bit by bit.
Goodbye, darling.

Almost a poet
PoetryI'm trying my luck at poetry so it'd be great to get some feedback. Keep in mind that these poems are strongly related to depression, anorexia, and things of that sort. If you are recovering, this story is not recommended for you.
