I'm not asking for your heart,
I'm asking to be held for for a while.
And as I'm being torn apart,
Just please try to make me smile.
I know, it's such a slim hope,
You know I might sail.
Like walking a tightrope,
You'll probably fail.
But darling it's not much you see,
It's not a great price to pay.
You don't even have to love me,
You just have to stay.

Almost a poet
PoetryI'm trying my luck at poetry so it'd be great to get some feedback. Keep in mind that these poems are strongly related to depression, anorexia, and things of that sort. If you are recovering, this story is not recommended for you.
