you were wondering what ao'nung was talking to tsireya about. probably something to do with their parents. you didn't put much thought into it and continued talking to rotxo.

"i just remembered me and ao'nung have to do our iknimaya in a few years.. i am not ready for that." the boy suddenly said. "i'm sure you'll do great, maybe even better than ao'nung." you whispered then looked over to ao'nung making eye contact with him.

you saw him smile and wave and you waved back. him and his sister then walked towards you and the others. ao'nung sat beside you while tsireya sat by lo'ak. "bro your looking a little too smiley today. your never this smiley, not even for parties." rotxo told ao'nung.

"am i not allowed to be happy?" he asked sarcastically. you laughed at his comment before asking, "okay but why are you so smiley? there's gotta be a reason." "i'll tell you later." he whispered into your ear. you nodded at him.

"we should go to the spirit tree guys!" tuk said. "i can't go tuk, remember? dad and norms orders." kiri replied. "why not?" you asked. "i had a seizure the first time." "oh.." was all you could really manage out. "i can still be a lookout though. i don't want to ruin anyone else's fun." kiri said with a small smile.

you guys made your way down to the spirit tree. lo'ak was the first to connect his with the rest of you following behind. when you connected you immediately started looking around. your eyes then landed on an older figure, sort of looking like ao'nung.

he was obviously a lot more muscular, and had tattoos. and his hair was half up and half down with a few strands falling down his face. you saw another male figure next to him who looked a lot like lo'ak. they were on the beach looking over at four people.

there was two women and three children. two of them looked like twins. the women were by the shore watching the children play in the very shallow water. "don't go too far in tìlì!" a woman said. the woman looked like you but older, and the woman next to the older woman looked like tsireya.

the children then came out of the water, one chasing another. tìlì started hiding behind older ao'nung, laughing. she stuck her tongue out at the two kids. "keep your tongue in your mouth tìlì." "sorry dad." the two women walked up.

"oh don't be so hard on her." older you said. ao'nung gave you a look. "i'm her father, it's my job." you playfully rolled your eyes and kissed his cheek. "ew your sounding like my father." older lo'ak said then started mocking his dad which made you all laugh.

"oh by the way, surya, omui, don't forget we have to go visit your grandmother in a little bit!" lo'ak stated. the two kids let their father know they heard him. everything looked so peaceful here. you and tsireya were still friends and you and ao'nung were together.

but this was only a vision your mind is creating so it's not real, right? i mean maybe it is possible for you and ao'nung to be together but would your parents agree? would his agree? you had so many questions.

you ended the bond with a smile and noticed ao'nung and lo'ak still connected. 'i know lo'ak is most likely talking with his brother so i knew he'd be a while but i have no clue what ao'nung is visioning.' tsireya signed.

you nodded in understandment and decided to wait until they were finished. 'what was your vision about?' rotxo signed. you put a finger to your lips signaling that you wouldn't say with a small smile.

when you came back down after your fourth time going up for air with kiri and tuk, the two boys were disconnected from the tree. you swam back down to the rest of them with the two following behind.

'so how was your vision?' you signed. 'i'm keeping my mouth shut' ao'nung said. you rolled your eyes with a small smile then looked at lo'ak. 'i was talking to teyam. gosh, i wish you could've met him. you two would've gotten along well.' he signed.

you smiled at his compliment and you all went back up. spider stayed on the rock because he couldn't breathe that well underwater. "does the mask help you breathe?" you asked, pointing towards your face to signal the mask.

"yeah, it gives me oxygen because i can't breathe the pandora air. still can't really stay underwater that long which sucks honestly." spider said. you nodded then realized the sun was going away.

"eclipse is soon!" ay'olna said, also looking at the sky. "it's always so beautiful at this time, i love how everything starts glowing." you said. ao'nung was just looking at you, admiring how the setting sun made your body glisten and how you were just sitting there, staring up at the sky.

rotxo looked over to him and smiled at how deep in love his best friend was. he slightly tapped tsireyas shoulder and signaled towards ao'nung. he was just staring at you, not in a bad or creepy way obviously but in more of a admiration way.

tsireya giggled at her brother. "he's so in love with her, you can see it. he's supposed to ask her out later." tsireya whispered loud enough only for rotxo to hear. rotxo looked over at tsireya in shock. "both of their parents are allowing it?" rotxo asked.

tsireya nodded, "yeah, he asked them all plus jakes family because if ao'nung and marali were to mate he'd become future olo'eyktan of her clan so that means i would become tashik and lo'ak could become olo'eyktan." she whispered, once again.

"ohh, makes sense. ronal is allowing lo'ak to become olo'eyktan if it comes to that?" the boy whispered. "mhm, apparently so. i feel like he has what it takes." rotxo agreed with her as she looked at lo'ak.

it was now eclipse. everything around you was glowing and you were amazed by it, you always have been and probably always will be. ao'nung was now talking to rotxo. "i heard tsireya tell you everything." rotxo looked at him, "is that a bad thing?"

ao'nung shook his head. "no, kind of glad she did it because i don't know when i'd get to explain it to you. also like tsireya said, i plan on asking her later tonight." ao'nung said looking back at you.

you were the most beautiful person in his eyes. he was praying to eywa that you accepted him as your partner. he looked at the gift that was still beside him, smiling.
