"Sandaime-sama, may I ask something?"

The ever grumpy old man looks up from his endless piles of work to a certain Shikaku, meeting the hard stare. Somehow to Sarutobi, his work can never end no matter how many strategies he tried.

"What is it, Shikaku....." Sarutobi asks politely "You do seen a little tense....."

"Was it wise to allow Uchiha Kianza return here and reestablish him as our own again....." Shikaku asks "I understand that he did not kill his own brother, but what if it's a trap....."

Out of the blue, the old man roars in laughter that startled even the ANBUs outside his door. Shikaku stares at Sarutobi as if he was talking to a madman before the said Hokage finally settles, still chuckling once a while.

"Excuse my rudeness..... But it was a laugh, agree......" Sarutobi chuckles before it stops altogether, smiling at Shikaku "I can assure you, their father is a man who is true with his words...."

"Uchiha Fugaku?" Shikaku said with surprise "That man was a completely mad!"

"On the outside, yes....." Sarutobi smiles "But if you're very close to him, he's completely different....."

"I don't understand....."

"Well then..... You do know that your late Yondaime was best friends with Fugaku....." Sarutobi begins, earning a nod "But do you know that he was the one who encouraged Minato to take the title....."

Shikaku looks at the smiling man, surprised and disbelief of what the elder had just said. The Uchiha were very, very prideful people until their very death. Death.

"It does sound impossible..... But there was a reason how it happened....." Sarutobi chuckles "I don't know much but I can tell you this...... It all started with Kianza's mother....."

Flashback

"You called for me, Lord Hokage....."

A younger Sarutobi -With my brown hair, thank Kami- looks to the doorway to a young, handsome yet ego adolescent. A smile appear on his aging face as he gestures the said teen to come in.

The teenage, 17 year old Uchiha Fugaku walks in with his ever Uchiha's ego stare, until it was suddenly striped away.

"Fugaku..... Meet Ms. Hikari Kuroshi...."

Words begun blabber to the teen as his eyes never leave her. Her snowy fair skin. Her delicate figure. Her irresistible beauty. Her delicate, yet beautiful smile.
