Chapter 16

Hey guys! 

        I hope you're enjoying the story! Apologies in advance if it is lame or anything, I practically felt that I was screwing up my own ideas that doesn't seem to be making me feel at ease.

       Anyway from the previous chapter, Kianza has come across with Sharingan eyes!?!? Could it be Itachi!? Or is it someone unexpected!?

Earlier...

       A sigh left him as he jumps from one tree to another, swiftly avoiding the battle within the deep forests. He thanked the heavens for his sister whom warned him in advance.

      Though eventually, he will have to intrude the area to find a certain Uchiha Kianza- no, Uchiha Kianza is the name that Konoha knows. He has to find Hikari Kianza, the true birth name given by the child's late father, Uchiha Fugaku in remembrance of the late Hikari Kuroshi.

       Gurgled yells sound at his right with faint release of the familiar chakra, which he then changed his direction towards it. Another chakra familiar to the first made him hide afar in the trees. His eyes watching as Hikari Kianza is accompanied with his teammates.

"We shall turn in for the night and head out at dawn for South..."

       And that was all he needs to hear before he vanish in thin air.

      Sharingan eyes watch the sleeping raven among the team, waiting for the moment to make his move. After 4 hours into the night, the captain wakes the raven for his shift.

      Step by step he takes silently towards the unaware raven, watching him fall into thoughts. In a single breath, he stood next to the raven just as sapphire eyes turn to meet his.

Current Present....

       Time froze between Kianza and the other owner of Sharingan, eyes never leaving each other. Temperature drops rapidly around them, though unaware to the others who remain asleep.

       With a single blink, Kianza let out a breath of relief as Sharingan eyes fade to innocent grays.

"You never failed to scare me as usual...." Kianza sighs softly as the figure sits next to him

"My apologies once more..... I'm not known as the Silent Death for nothing...." The figure chuckles softly as Kianza smiles

"What brings you here tonight....." Kianza begins "..... Aka-san...."

        Uchiha Aka, aged 27 and a Jounin of Tsukikagure. Uchiha Aka is one of the very few Uchihas who left Konoha before Itachi's birth, otherwise spared from the massacre that shocked the remaining members in silent residence.

       Aka knew Kianza's mother for a few years before her death, also had once babysit Kianza until he left a year before Itachi's birth. Kianza kept in contact with Aka every six months since becoming Chuunin, keeping updates of the once clan.

       After the massacre and Kianza taking the residence in Tsukikagure with Sasuke had reached the remaining Uchihas' ears, they all gathered to Tsukikage and resides there since.

"Nothing much, I happened to catch a wind about you being around here....." Aka replies casually "How's Sasuke??"

"He seems to enjoy being in Konoha again..... But still, he can't feel comfortable without me around....." Kianza sighs

"It's understanding for him to be that way....." Aka smiles, looking up at the dark sky "You're the only family he's left to trust..... Taking in the reality that Itachi had lied to him all these years..... I don't think he wants to give his trust easily....."

"Right you are....." Kianza said softly

".... I heard from Lady Tsukikage......" Aka whispers softly, slowly staring at Kianza ".... About you.... Willing to be killed by Itachi without letting him know the truth...."

".... Have no worries, Aka-san...." Kianza smiles softly "..... You're not the only one who is against it..... And I guess.... I don't plan to do as what I am supposed to just yet..... Or never...."

        Though unsure if the raven is keeping to his words, Aka merely smiles and nod with understanding. Kianza then looks down for a moment, thinking silently before he looks up again.

".... Aka-san.... D-"

"GET DOWN!!!"

        Kianza yelps upon the force of falling backwards by Aka, only to fall silent when he caught a glance of a kunai missing him by inches with a paper bom attached.

        At the hard impact on soil, Kianza suddenly sees bright light where he last stood with a loud explosion.

       And darkness shield his sight.
