we're all laughing as we watch sammy try and put up the christmas tree. he's failing miserably.
me and billie are sorting out the tinsel, i look at her.
"what do you wanna do for you birthday?" i say still fiddling with the tinsel.
"i'm not sure, maybe you could come meet my parents?"
"you for real?" she looks me as if i'm the dumbest person alive.
"yeah, dumbass."
"jamie! stop!" jamie jabbing at bea, as sammys getting annoyed at them for playing around.
"guys! you're gonna knock the tree over!" sammy hold the tree from falling over.
peyton comes in with the baubles, "stop fighting you children!" she laughs.
i light up with a smile, "ohh! the baubles!" i go over to peyton as she puts the box down and rolls her eyes. i think she getting sick of us.
"dude, these are sick!" i pick up one from the box then i search more and i find a baby photo of sammy on one of them. i pull it out,
"awh, it's baby samuel!" i exclaim and peyton grabs it straight away.
"you were adorable!" she laughs.
jamie cuts in, "don't lie to the guy, he was one weird looking kid."
i hear billie laugh slightly, as sammys jaw drops.
"you still look funny, and at least i grew up and got a girlfriend!" he points at him.
"too far, dude. too far." jamie grabs his phone off the table and walks out.
"sammy!" i try to go after him but bea stops me.
"let him cool off." she mumbles, looking at me seriously.
i step backwards, going back over to the box and starting to help put up the tree.
an awkward silence comes over us all, welp one way to feel the festivities.
