Hi, My name is Leah Smith and I'm 14 years old, and a freshman in high school. My mom died when I was 10 years old, and my life has been downhill ever since. I live with my stepdad Seth, but he's not a very good person. I wish my real dad was still alive, my mom told me that he died when I was 5, and that's why she married Seth. My mom died in a car wreck 4 years ago so Seth got custody of me, sadly. He's abusive and weird, he touches me inappropriately and makes me feel uncomfortable. He just tells me it's normal and that he's doing nothing wrong. He even lets his friends do stuff to me too. They can do whatever they want except for you know...that. I know a little about sex, all I know is the basics, a guy's you know what goes into a girl's you know what to make babies. I'm not really sure what Seth does to me but it hurts and it feels weird and not a good weird. I go to a public school and get bullied somewhat, but i just don't talk and that keeps me out of trouble most of the time, I have "friends" but they are just the nice kids that are "friends" with everybody. I used to be very bubbly I was still shy but once I got used to you my mouth ran a million miles an hour, But then Seth beat that out of me, I still am deep down who I used to be, and will always be but I just can't be that in front of Seth. If I was my true self around everyone I would get bullied, loud kids get bullied more than quiet kids at my school so I have to protect myself. That's enough intro let's get on to my real life.
"Leah!" My stepdad yelled from the bottom of the steps.
"sir" I make my way down the steps trying to stay on his good side.
"Get ready for school"
"yes sir" as I try to make my way up the stairs, but then get yanked down by my hair.
"ah ah ah make me my breakfast first you little slut" then he licks my neck and releases my hair.
Im not really sure what slut means but I know it's something bad, that I don't want to be.
"yes sir," I say as I scurry to the kitchen.

After I cook I head up the stairs to get ready, I have to walk to school which isn't bad because it's only 10 min from my house.
I get to eat one meal every other day, so I'm pretty skinny but he still calls me fat and says that no man will ever want me, he says he's doing me a favor.

I throw on my leggings and jacket and head for the door to start my walk to school.

I walk through the doors and head to my locker. I grab my books and then turn around to head to class but a hand on my waist stops me.

I look up to see a guy off the football team...Mark
Mark is really good-looking, but I know better than disobey Seth's rules.
There are a lot of rules but dating is a big no no.
"It's Leah, right?" Omg, he's talking to me! Well duh who else Leah?
"um...yeah sorry, yes I'm Leah" Wow could I be any more awkward
"Wanna skip with me? We could go for a drive if you know what I mean" He had this creepy smirk on his face, and no I don't know what you mean dude
"Excuse me?"
"Do. you. wanna. skip. with. me?" He slowed do his words
"no, I'm okay"
"so you don't wanna hook up with me?" I don't know what he means by that.
"Um, I don't know what that means"
"Oh so we have a virgin on our hands" he has that creepy smirk on his face again
"Can you move I need to get to class?"
"Have you even had your first kiss yet?" He completely ignored my request and just got closer
"No-o-o no-o-t-t y-et" I stated getting nervous
"wanna change that?" he said getting impossibly closer
I didn't respond I just ran. I'm like 5'1 so I could get under his arm. I just bolted for class
