Krishna's life has always been difficult. Her family disliked her and eventually disowned her simply because she was an ambitious girl. They failed to recognize her capabilities, just like her brother received all the support and opportunities. Krishna had to rely on herself since the age of 15.
To make ends meet, she worked various jobs like tutoring, waitressing, and assisting at a flower shop. It was during her time at the flower shop that she developed a passion for flowers and medicinal herbs. Despite her hard work, she couldn't afford the high fees for a medical program. However, she didn't lose hope and managed to earn a full scholarship for the best medical college.
She moved to Delhi, away from her unsupportive family who treated her as an outsider. Her parents and grandmother never defended or celebrated her, making her feel even more isolated.
While her brother received love, attention, and gifts, Krishna faced harsh treatment from her family. As she grew up, she became more aware of the discrimination she faced and distanced herself from them. Her college years helped her find solace, and she never returned home during those five years.
Her brother became a successful lawyer in Mumbai, while she pursued her studies in Delhi. Although Krishna felt proud of her brother's achievements, she longed for the warmth and love they used to share. However, she accepted the reality and moved on.
When she learned that her brother got married, she wasn't even invited to the wedding. It hurt her, but she resolved not to let anyone break her heart again. She focused on her studies.
The news of her brother's arrest didn't affect Krishna much; she felt only pity. Her grandmother blamed her sister-in-law for the situation and kicked her out of the house.
Krishna felt enraged by her family's behavior and took care of her sister-in-law, who had fallen into depression.
They lived near the city hospital for convenience, but her family's constant unpleasant visits and taunts made Krishna decide to move away and keep their whereabouts a secret. She found happiness and lived a content life. She requested the police to investigate her brother's case, but all the evidence pointed against him.
Over time, Krishna became a strong and independent woman. Despite numerous betrayals, she stood tall and confident, vowing never to let anyone weaken her. She lived each day with her head held high.
At the city hospital, Rudraksh, Krishna's grandson, refused his grandfather's request with a firm "no." Chandra Singhania, his grandfather, didn't show fear but rather confusion mixed with anger at Rudraksh's refusal. Calming himself down, Chandra asked why.
Rudraksh replied, "She is already married and has two children. I know her true character and despise her the most."
Chandra accepted the explanation but believed she would have been a good choice nonetheless. He pointed out how they were known for breaking the will of such individuals and mentioned three other women present, making the males smirk and the women feel ashamed and disrespected. Despite dedicating their lives to nurturing the family, they received such treatment in return.
Even Rudraksh, Gita's son, whom she raised with utmost care and love, showed no respect for his mother. Instead, he idolized his father, the same man who abused him for loving and defending his mother.
The love between family members was nonexistent. The bond they had in childhood had vanished due to Chandra's influence. Rudraksh had become the very person he once protected his mother from.
Respect was lost. Love was lost. Care was lost. What was left was a shell of an person who did not care for anything except his reputation and the success of his business.
This is what who he was. This is what who he is. He won't let anyone change him. And make him a pussy who run around his wife all day. This was what life meant for him and it will remain the same.
