Yawn

Time to get up already? I thought I had a few more minutes before I had to get up...

Oh right- I should introduce myself while I'm here shouldn't I? (then again I have been a recurring character already haha-). My real name is Alicia Luna, but I just go by Alice or Ali really, and I am 18 years old. I was told since I am a scarlet elite member, I didn't have to share my story, but I think it's a little interesting, like a comic or something... hey that's not a bad Idea; I might look into it some other day but that isn't the point.

I was born in Benedictus Luna, a village located in a valley between mountains that were arranged in a way that let the moon shine upon it completely. The name of the village translates to 'Blessed by the Moon', which made sense since the moon warded off any evils that may have come to it. Well it was like that until a certain lunar eclipse, it allowed demons to invade the village as much as they wanted, only for that one night though. This went on for many years, and it probably still happens now. I don't know since I haven't had contact with the village for years, but I do hope they are well. Well, on one Lunar eclipse, the village managed to capture a blood monarch demon, which was my mother. They learned that the power of a clear moon harms them so that's how they kept her locked away. The only human who was ever kind to my mother was my father, the village leader's brother. They hung out alot, of course, my father had to keep her on a chain, but when they were alone, they were equals, and eventually they fell in love.

My parents saw each other constantly in secret, eventually going as far as to become full on lovers. When the village found out my father had gotten my mother pregnant, they were shamed, but no matter what, my father protected us. On the next lunar eclipse, it was different. The moon was redder than ever, looking like it was a deeper blood color than all the others. Strong demons showed up and quickly overran the village. Throughout all the bloodshed, a single cry was heard, I was born. Giving me to my father, my mother cried as she said she loved us. My cries stopped once she gave me a necklace made out of a piece of her horn, and after that, she left. Nothing was ever heard of her after that, just that the demons stopped and left the village, sparing the lives of everyone else that was alive. The demons never attacked after that.

Even with my mother's sacrifice, my upbringing wasn't easy. I was still hated by the village. As a child, I was picked on alot, no matter how much I tried to befriend them. It was difficult to deal with the injustice, but my father had always told me to not be mad at them and that they'll come around. I understood their anger towards me, they did get terrorized by my kind for years, so for the sake of my father, I put up with the hate. Eventually, My father fell ill mysteriously, so I focused all my efforts to help him. Apparently, seeing all of these good actions over the years, the people were more trusting of me, and I finally felt like I belonged after 4 long years.

I will never forget the fateful night that showed me the true nature of some people... I remember I was 14 years old when it happened, during a lunar eclipse, on my birthday. I was making my way home after helping an old lady with carrying her wagon after her horse got injured. It was no big deal since I was strong thanks to my demon blood. When I turned the corner to my house, I saw it set into a giant blaze, and from the side of it, I saw a group of 4 people or so who were running away from the scene. I didn't care about them as I bursted through the door and looked for my father. I could feel the sting in my eyes from all the smoke and ashes in the air as I looked for my father. After minutes of searching, I found him trapped under a large piece of lunar stone that fell on his lower body. He was holding onto something wrapped in cloth. He gave me an apologetic look, one full of sorrow as I tried to lift up the piece of rubble to get him out of there. Using the power of the lunar eclipse, I powered through and pulled him out... but it was too late. As I walked out of the burning building, with my father's lifeless body in my arms. According to the people who witnessed it, I was crying.. But not tears... blood. The moon turned the same shade of red that it turned when I was born; my powers awakened as blood from my head injury started floating and turning diamond shaped around me.
