Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR never thought his father would alternate the Act of Succession to Dukedom and Territory of Norfolk Territory.
Lord Charles Andrew Howard successful marries his eldest son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard III to Lady Victoria Charlotte Stanhope in 2251, and in 2253, he marries his eldest daughter, Lady Patricia Eugenie Howard to Lord Ralph Neville, the son of Lord John Neville, the Earl of Westmoreland Territory on Star Base 12 and in 2255 he arranges his second son and youngest daughter to marry the daughter and son o fThe Duke of Buckingham Territory on Star Base 10.
The only child that is left is 13 year old Lord Andrew Charles Howard in 2263, and only his daughters have children shortly after they are married to their husbands, but neither of his sons have any children.
Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR is left in a dilemma and he has no recourse but to look towards his youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard is considered one of the most handsome young men on Star Base 12 and he is one of the most eligible bachelors on Star Base 12 next to his second cousins, Lord Richard William Carey and Lord Thomas William Howard and his first cousin, Lord Richard Edward Howard II.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard and his cousins are some of the most eligible young men on Star Base 12 but none want to marry the daughter of an aristocrat.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard leads the way and he tells his father, Uncle, first cousins twice removed, "We don't want to marry the daughters of runny nose aristocrats., father."

Lord Andrew Charles with his first cousin, and two second cousins decide to marry until they can find young women who are not born into the aristocracy.
In 2270, there were few choices for Lord Andrew Charles and his cousins and even though they continue to attend the cotillions of 2271, 2272, 2273, but they stop attending them in 2274.
Lord Richard Edward Howard II, Lord Thomas William Howard III, Lord David William Beck, Lord Richard William Carey look at Lord Andrew Charles Howard and wonder if they will remain bachelors.
With it little prosper of finding a bride They start to look for the brides on other Star Bases and United Federation of Planet colonies.
Lord George Frederick Carey and Lord Andrew Charles Howard who are all the great-grandfathers of Lord Richard William Carey and Lord Thomas William Howard both pass away in 2270, and so does Lord Richard Edward Howard SR.
All three have just turned 20 years old, but for Lord David William Beck who hasn't turned 18 years old and Lord Andrew Charles Howard who hasn't turned 20 years old as Lord David William Beck and he share the same birthday but two years apart.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard and his many cousins are not fortunate to find their brides in the year of 2270 through the year of 2273.
None of the Howard males have an heir or heiress to secure their Dukedoms and Territories on Star Base 12.
