"Kaiden Luna...?" Then Kageyama burst out laughing, "Surely you jest, sir. Kaiden Luna, the hero of Inazuma died ten years ago. Taking up his name is a serious offense to the Shogun, what really is your name?" She asked.
'So, she doesn't believe me, huh? That's fine too..." He thought. "Very well, I tried to make a joke, I guess I failed. My name is Ryoma, as for why I'm here, I'm actually here to deliver a parcel."
"A parcel is it? Let me see what this parcel is," Kaiden then hands over the parcel to her, Kageyama saw the parcel as a small chest. "What's in this thing?"
"I have no idea, I was told to give this to the Shirasagi Himegimi,"
"Ah, so this parcel is for the Shirasagi Himegimi? Very well, you may pass," She informs Kaiden calmly, giving him a suspicious look. "Before you leave, try going to the Outlander Affairs Agency to apply for residency here. Just up the stairs and you'll see a sign there pointing out the office."
"Thanks a lot," Kaiden then left the harbor and into the central part of the city, ascending from a flight of stairs, he saw Ritou with a lot more buildings than before. "Huh, ten years ago this was nothing more than a small port town but now..." As he looks around, he notices that there were a lot of merchants, most, if not all of them were not natives of Inazuma.
Kaiden turns to his left to see the sea calling out to him, wanting to relax for a bit before going to the office, Kaiden then goes to the beach. There, he could see calming waves hitting the shores while the winds too were as calm as the seas, he took a deep breath and exhales. Wanting to relax, he was about to sit down and meditate but then he heard someone running.
"Help! Help!" The man cried out.
Kaiden let out a sigh. "Great, not even a day here and I'm already fighting helpless merchants?" He groaned and stepped between the man and the bandits.
"Huh? Who the heck are you?!"
"Sir! Please, help me!" The man asks while his legs were trembling. "I-I don't want to die!"
"If you kind gentlemen," He said the last part in a sarcastic tone. "Do you mind if you would leave this man alone or else it'll be your heads that are going to roll?" He asked politely.
The leader of the bandits that were chasing the man laughed, and shorty the others did too. "Hah! What a jester! Kill him!" The leader ordered.
Kaiden then unsheathed one of his katanas and saw how sleek the blade is. It was made not through steel but through silver. A silver katana if you may. He then raised the katana up high, both of his hands gripping the handle as he was in a stance. Seeing this, the bandits all charged at him but Kaiden just waited until they were closer while at the same time, he prepared to attack.

Just as the first bandit got closer to him, he unleashed a large sweep attack cutting their heads down, one by one, all five of the bandits who attacked him were killed only leaving their leader left. When the leader saw what just happened he was afraid.
