Night quickly came, and we all stayed in the forest. The flies flew up with the lack of sunlight. I look over at Neytiri and she nods, I grab Jake's hand and drag him along as he looks around him in awe. I look over and see his pupils dilated. Na'vi eyes always reminded me of cats' eyes.

It reminded me of the cat I have back home. A smile creeps on my face.

I don't blame Jake, I am always surprised by the beauty of this place. Jake quickly moved on with us, and got the hint. We all move around the forest as one. As if we were all connected, which we were. In ways that Jake couldn't understand.

We head over to the river. Neytiri, Jake, and I all bow fish from the dugout of a canoe. Huge glowing sea creatures glowing underneath us. While the two grabs their bows and Neytiri instructs him quietly, I lean over the side of the canoe and stick my hand in the water.

Some small little fish swim around my fingers, tickling my skin. I suppress my laughs to not disturb their fishing. I see a huge fish swim past my hand. I glance back and see Jake's bow is already nocked.

He aims, and hits the fish. Jake quickly dives in and grabs the fish and holds it up like a trophy. Neytiri laughs at his childish behavior. I laugh along with her. "Good job." I say while leaning over the canoe. Jake smiles at his achievement. I can't help but smile back.

Jake secured the fish on the canoe. I lay on my back and look at the stars. Before I feel a tug on my tail. I sit up and Neytiri was occupied with something else. I sit up and look for Jake. Suddenly my tail get tugged hard and I fell into the water.

I resurface along with Jake. He's laughing so hard. I scoff, before laughing as well. I splash water at Jake. It clearly catches him off guard. He looks at me with a deadpan face. I smile back at him.

I look over at Neytiri who smiles. I was distracted, and Jake took that as an opportunity to drag me underwater. I kick him right in the stomach and he lets go. "That's what you get!" I say through laughter while pointing at Jake. "Oh, you're asking for it." Jake says as we both stand off from each other.

I quickly dove to Neytiri. "Get him!" I say while getting behind Neytiri. "You are childish." She says in response. "No, he is." I say while pointing at Jake. "Who just got a fish?" He asks while flexing his muscles. "Anyone could do that." I reply in response.

"Yeah, ok." He says while rolling his eyes. "Come we go back before you two kill each other." Neytiri says. I nod and Jake climbs into the canoe and we head back.

Since Jake has become more comfortable with the bow, he doesn't need as much practice. Neytiri still wants him to practice. Jake nocks the bow and draws the arrow back. Neytiri adjusts his posture, except she's gentler now.

I can tell she's getting more used to him.

The majority of the day was spent perfecting Jake's archery skills. We even had some competitions on who could shoot better. I, of course, won. Grace came over and asked what we were doing.

I nocked the arrow and started to aim. "Right now I'm beating Jake's ass." I say while letting go of the arrow. Hitting the middle of the target. "See." I say with a smirk while walking back. "I used to think that Jake was childish, but now I think you have him beat in that compartment." Grace says.

I laugh and call out to Jake, "You got this! Don't fuck up!" Jake looks back at me with a glare and I shrug in response. Neytiri walks over to me, "At least he's getting practice in somehow." I nudge Neytiri, "Come one don't act like you don't like watching me beat him." Neytiri smiles in response.

"It is fun to watch."
