Episode 39

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

" Tae : Nurse! How's my Son? "

He asked once she came into his room to check his BP.

" Nurse : He is doing good "

She took his hand to check his pulse.

" Tae : Thank God! "

Tae let out a sigh of relief.

Suddenly Tae felt a sharp piercing pain in his upper arm and he yelped in pain. She injected a syringe without his knowledge.

Tae glared at the nurse who gave him a weird look.

' Tae pov : What can i say i am not found of injection; it's not my fault anyway. '

Voluntarily, his hand went to rub his stomach and his heartbeat of his started to accelerate immediately.

' Tae pov : How I'm going to protect this baby? '

He let out an audible sigh and climbed out of the bed to the attempt of standing by his feet.

" Nurse : Please take a rest. Your condition is not good, the doctor recommended the bedrest. "

The nurse informed him. If it had for any other reason about her implying the bedrest, definitely Tae would have decline it but it's his baby and it's his main concern too.

Tae slumped his shoulder in defeat before going back to bed again. It's very hard to control his emotions when his baby is suffering in the other room with heavy pain and it's not helping him stay here in the bed doing nothing but taking rest.

The previous encounter with Jk gave him a sick in his stomach.

' Tae pov : What if he takes Gukkie's full custody? Will he be able to do this? What if he wants this baby's custody too? '

His eyes pricked with tears at the thought of Jk taking  his kids full custody. They are his world he can't live without them.

" Tae : Shh! don't think too much it's not good for the baby. "

He tried to convince himself although the anxiety he felt was never lessened.

After taking two hours of complete, he asked the nurse to bring him to his baby's room.

" Tae : Please. "

He pleaded when she seemed to think about his request.

" Nurse : Okay.... "

She was hesitant.

" Nurse : But promise me not to strain yourself too much. "

This time she made a request.

" Tae : Okay.... "

He whispered feelings unsecured.

' Tae pov : I'm afraid to face him. What if he doesn't want to see me? '

Tae gulped down and walked in the direction of his baby's room.

For almost five minutes Tae stood there in front of Gukkie's room and after gathering all his courage he turned the doorknob before entering slowly, not making any sound.

" I'm full i don't want to eat. "

He heard his baby's angelic voice. Somehow  , he felt relief. Gukkie sounds good. Then he was happened to meet the back of a tall male figure who is feeding Gukkie ; the spoon he was holding is telling Tae that he has been feeding him.
