I scroll page after page, after page, after page. Yet, not a single one of my job applications were accepted.

"Ugh.. " I groaned in frustration, slamming my head against the table. "Why won't any fo these jobs accept me?! Am I doing something wrong? Is my resume too bad?" I exclaimed in defeat, leaning back against my chair, sighing loudly.

Suddenly, I hear a ding.

It's from my phone.

I take my phone, switching it on.

An email?

"Greetings, " I was greeted.
"We currently are looking for some volunteers in order to test our newest products.
In return, we'll pay around 5k-10k.
If you may be interested, please arrive at this destination ***** by 8:30pm.
If your uninterested, you may block or delete this email.
Best regards, Blaxor."

"Shiiittt...." I stared at the email for a good few seconds. "This is a lot of fucking money.. Holy shit." I lean closer into the monitor, rubbing my eyes making sure I wasn't seeing things. "Count me fucking in." I said with a grin on my face.

I shut the computer down, grabbing a quick change of clothes.

"Oh right! Can't forget.. How would I even get there without it actually..?" I held onto my car keys as I thought to myself. Quickly that thought was washed away as my car beeped, signaling the doors were now unlocked. I hopped into it, shutting the door and starting the engine.

I began to drive and arrived in the destination ina matter of minutes, only some time wasted due to traffic.

I stopped the car and looked around through the window. "There's.. Literally nothing here..." I glanced around. "Fuck.. I got those fake prank emails right? Damnit..." My head fell on the vehicle horn, me leaving it honking as I've just been fooled. "I'm so fucking stupid..." I turned my head to the side before spotting a totally normal-looking suitcase.

"Oh, well that's totally normal. You know, a suitcase, laying around in public. Even more normal to have absolutely NO ONE around either!" I exclaimed ,grinning sarcastically.
I stared at the suitcase for a minute.
"Well, I guess you can say curiousity killed the cat." I shrugged before opening the door and walking over to the suitcase.

I crouch down to get it, it felt quite light, like there was nothing in it..

Of course...

Wait, what's that?

Everything blacked out as I felt a heavy metal object slam against my head.

Atleast kidnap me in a less painful way...
