It was another day for Seonghwa to be awake after stopping his alarm on his phone and staying on the bed for half an hour rethinking his existence in this life. He just wished he would wake up one day like a normal person, or even sleep for a bit longer or wake up for the first time till it was noon. He just wanted a simple life. He was a human too, with many dreams. It was killing him slowly everyday. He always pushed himself up every morning just to spend the whole day draining himself in work which he didn't want in the first place.

Seonghwa was forced to do what he was doing. It was his father's fault for taking everything from him and forcing him to take over his dirty business. His mother was the complete opposite of his father. He wondered how did she get to stay all those years with him and how she stayed patient while his father abused her mentally and emotionally. He hated him since he was a young kid but never disobeyed him nor said something about it. That lasted until one day his mother choose to runaway and left the both of them with not a single word or anything. And his father didn't even try looking for her. Instead, he was willing to kick her out if she ever came back because he thought she only brought them shame.

Seonghwa didn't know why but he would never blame her. In fact he was glad she didn't have to deal with his father but he also felt heart broken because she was all he had that time and he failed to protect her because he was too young for anything.

He wasn't sure if he was mad at her for not saying anything or even bidding him goodbye. He missed her every single day and he never stopped looking for her. He made a promise to himself that he would never give up searching until he found her even if it meant she was dead or alive.

His eyes started watering as he suffered in silence. He needed someone by his side. Someone that will be able to see his weakness and struggles. He never showed his true self to anyone. Not even his teammates. He was afraid of them judging him even though he knew that would never happen because they were like family. But still, he wanted someone to open up to and a shoulder to cry on like there was no tomorrow. He shook his thoughts off and sat straight on his king sized bed.

He then remembered all the things that were waiting for him today so he put on a careless and serious expression and got up heading towards the bathroom to start the day.

On the other side, Y/n was tossing around in her bed as she struggled with the nightmare that almost seemed real. What scared her was she dreamt of the same people she saw in the picture during her last mission. The kid was sobbing and screaming while covered in blood. He held his mother's hand who sat lifelessly next to him. There stood a man before them as he smirked like a maniac.

Y/n tried to do something but she was stuck. She couldn't move or scream. She wanted to run to them badly and kill that bastard and save the mother and the child and hold them both in her embrace.

Cold sweat mixed with warm tears started running down her chin and neck as she , is whimpered.

Her nightmare ended when she felt someone shaking her. She jolted and gasped for air while sitting up so quickly.

"Hey, it's alright, I'm here. Everything is going to be just fine." The person did his best to comfort her as he rubbed her back soothingly.

"Ken! What are you doing here?" She asked after she came back to her sense.

"I was knocking to inform you about AleXa. She's here. And I heard you, it sounded like you were crying " Ken explained and his little blush didn't go unnoticed by her.

"Oh, okay, thank you. I guess" She sighed and rubbed her head.

She was actually thankful for him for waking her up. But she never expected it to be him. The girl knew he had a huge crush on her and it was obvious but she didn't mind at all. She just hated when they make fun of them and shipping the both of them, especially AleXa.
