Y/n POV
"Why?" I asked, trying to figure out the reason behind Ravi who was trying to kill his right hand man. The man he used to trust more than anybody else.
He just stood in between us, speechlessly. He opened his mouth, trying to form any word but he failed.
"Because I know all his dirty business. You don't want to know what he did and what he's been hiding from you" Mr. Hong spoke up and Ravi turned to glare at him, as if he was warning him and begging him to not say anything more.
"What have you done?" I asked again, not taking my eyes off of him.
"I-" He started.
"He stabs and clean up the knife on your clothes" Mr. Hong interrupted him.
"What do you mean?" I asked, raising a brow, getting more curious by the second.
"He's trying to get rid of me, tell others that I probably left for a mission or whatever lie he would come up with since no one gives a damn about me. Just because I know a lot of things... that might turn everyone against him. Even... you" Mr. Hong confessed as if he was ready to expose everything Ravi did and die peacefully. He wasn't afraid, that was obvious on his face.
"And now I must say that I regret every second I listened to him, obeyed him or worked for him" He added, gritting his teeth in disgust.
Ravi grabbed his gun from his pants behind his jacket and aimed it at him but I was quick to point my gun directly to his head.
"Drop it and get on your knees" I ordered him in a harsh tone.
"Who are you now to tell m-" He turned to face me but I took a step towards him and shot just a few centimeters above his head as a warning.
He quickly dropped the gun and got on his knees with his hands up and head low.
"Don't speak until I tell you to do so" I said while lowering my gun and turning my attention to Mr. Hong.
He just stood there and watched as I kept on asking Ravi.
"Why'd you try to kill him?" I asked again, temper getting short by the second.
"Y/n, if you don't remember that I'm the boss here and I have the right to do anything, plus it's none of your business -" Ravi shouted out, still on the same position.
"Tsk, someone calling himself a boss while kneeling before someone he used to rule over" Hong snickered at him.
"I'm the boss-" He started again but was soon cut off by my calm yet deadly voice.
"You were. You used to be. Not anymore" I glared at him and he did the same.
Few minutes passed, I grew tired of talking to a jerk who called himself a boss. I had to hear from Hong, about what he said earlier.
"So what now? Are you really believing him and turning against your boss? After all what I did for you?" Ravi said trying to win me to free him but I know all his acts and games.
"First, your not a boss to anyone from now on and second, I have yet to find more about your dirty little secrets. So now we're gonna go back and figure out what to do with you" I said and put back my gun inside the pocket on the belt.
Ravi took his chance and grabbed his gun from the floor and shot right into my direction but luckily I dodged the bullet and it grazed my left shoulder.
Hong stood there in shock with wide eyes. He was stupid enough to go all that way with no weapon.
I turned again to face Ravi who had his gun pointed at me.
"Move and I'll kill you both" He threatened.
I grabbed my shoulder as it hurt like hell and bent over a little, hoping to lessen the pain.
Hong took his only chance and started running. Ravi noticed but hesitated to run after him. He turned to me again and I pointed back my gun to his head.
I was at my limit. I was going to blow his head off with one bullet but I had better ideas so I just stood there with my gun waiting for his next move.
"Shit!!" He said and ran after Hong.
I shot his leg but he managed to get away. I tried to run after him and aim at his legs but my gun ran out of bullets. I threw it away and headed towards Hong car. I opened the car trunk, searching for anything that h
Could help me beat him and stop him from getting anywhere. I found a hammer, so I took it and followed after them.Hong was thrown on the ground as Ravi straddled his lap and punched him few times with the gun. Both men had bloody faces and hands but Hong looked like was almost giving up.
I silently went behind Ravi and hit his head with the back of the hammer with the wooden part.
He fell away from the man who struggled with breathing. I walked to Ravi and that moment I had changed my mind because rage took over. I tried to kill him and finish it already but when I grabbed my hammer and raised it high enough to smash his skull, a familiar voice shouted stopping me from doing it.
"No!"
