Y/n's POV
"Another lie?" He asked while looking straight into my eyes. I didn't know whether he was asking me or just talking on the phone. My palms strated sweating as I kept them under the table. I was definitely going to get myself killed by him if he ever found out.
His eyes were sharp and I could see how he inhaled and exhaled deeply. He squeezed his eyes shut and hung up.
I just sat there looking dumbfounded. I raised an eyebrow and waited for him to speak up. Hoping that he still saw me as some simple adult who knew nothing about his job.
"How do you know Choi San?" Seonghwa questioned again with the same cold expression and tone. I relaxed a bit after hearing this as I already expected this coming. That was what I was there for anyway.
"Well...I was once working at a bar and he came, asked for a drink and then the conversation started naturally" I told him another lie. I began recalling San's fake story about how we met. I mentally patted myself on the head because I didn't stutter.
I hated lying but I couldn't just let him know the truth yet.
"Okay" He sighed and stood up.
"I gotta go now" He bowed his head a little and started walking away without even giving me a chance to say anything.
I just sat there and let out a long sigh. I was so nervous, thinking that he might have found out about something and refused to tell me. I was sure he was hiding something.
I shrugged and left the coffee shop too.
Seonghwa's POV
I was so confused about her. I never understood why would she lie to me like that about her life. She was definitely hiding something from me and I was willing to find the reason behind all this. I regret not asking her about her real name and the fake name that she called herself with. What reason did she had to lie about this simple thing?
I walked through the door of the mansion as I spotted Wooyoung and San sitting in the living room.
"Where are the others" I questioned.
"Probably out" San replied. He seemed annoyed as he spoke while looking down at his lap.
"What?" I asked him.
"Huh?" San raised his head towards me and asked, confused by my sudden question.
"You look Sad. Did you two get into a fight?" I took a seat next to them and drank a cup of water.
"It's nothing, don't worry" Wooyoung answered instead while playing on his phone. I shrugged and left to my office.
San took a quick glance at Wooyoung before he looked away and sighed in defeat.
Earlier
"What the fuck San! This is so messed up!" Wooyoung snapped after San told him everything that happened.
"Calm down, please. promise me again that this stays between us only" San followed Wooyoung towards the living room as he begged him to keep it a secret.
"I'm so disappointed in you" Wooyoung sighed in disbelief and sat on the couch.
"I...I know what I did is totally wrong and you have all the rights to be disappointed in me but I had to do that as I had no other choice except getting exposed which means war" San explained after taking a seat next to him.
"What makes you think that your choice is any better?" Wooyoung asked, finally looking straight into San's eyes.
"Y/n has something for Seonghwa. It's not very obvious but I can clearly see it though. Why would she agree about this whole thing? I feel like she's trying to find a way out" San explained.
"Stop defending her and taking her side! She's an enemy, San! For God's sake!" Wooyoung shouted again. He hated to admit that San had a point.
"Woo, shut up and let me finish, will you?" San shouted back.
After a moment, both boys calmed down and Wooyoung sighed in defeat. He nodded for the other to continue.
"She told me that herself" San said softly.
"But that doesn't mean you can trust her and believe her in the first place. She lied many times not only to Seonghwa, but me too. She gave me a fake name" Wooyoung argued still not liking where that was going.
"I totally understand"
"I wonder how smart enough she could be that she didn't even bother to hide her real information" Wooyoung crossed his arms and scoffed.
"What do you mean?" San asked, raising an eyebrow.
"How do you think I found her real name" Wooyoung smirked.
"No way!"
"Yes way"
"But...wait..." San started linking everything but soon his thoughts were interrupted by a notification sound from his phone.
It was Y/n.
'Hey! Seonghwa just left now. Thankfully I'm still alive...haha! See you'

'
There something you should know'
San texted her back. He wouldn't want to let that slide so he decided to tell her right away.
'what is it?'
'Someone exposed your true identity'
'What do you mean?'
He added as Wooyoung sat beside him in silence. He took a quick glance at him and he found him staring at him with an annoyed face.
"Don't tell me you're texting her?" Wooyoung asked.
"Yes. I have to let her know about this plus I think I know who did this" San said confidently, looking back at his phone.
'Now, Wooyoung who you lied to him about your name "Kim Bora" knows who you are and everything about you'
'Oh God! Did he tell him?'
"Woo, did you tell Seonghwa about it?" San asked, silently praying he didn't.
"Yeah, too late" Wooyoung shrugged making the other sigh.
'He did'
'Shit'
'And I think I know who exposed you'
'Who?'
'It's none other than Anna, the hacker'
'That bitch!'
